Ciaran grew up in Andersontown, West Belfast. He had a great childhood but when his father left his education and sporting lifestyle began to suffer badly, he switched to the dance music scene and with it drugs to escape. On a downward spiral after many years embracing cold water, then later plant medicines his outlook began to change.Today he owns and operates Natural Resilience, a 121 mentoring and workshop program helping others that are suffering today.
