But a boxer is held to a different standard due to his hands being considered deadly weapons because of his JOB. Because his training puts his knowledge of his actions at a different level. Thus a police officer should be held to a higher standard because of their training.

I've been binging on episodes of CourtTv podcast for two days now and though I haven't watch the CourtTv channel since the Cowan MA verdict convicting of killing a writer, which pissed me off, so I stopped watching. I started watching the channel from the O J Simpson trial that made CourtTv channel. Somehow up until now I didn't know how much I miss hearing the CourtTv wrap-up. Anyhoo, while binging, starting from the first episode, I realize I really like Seema Lyer she's spunky and engaging.

Police are not trained to shoot in the arm or anything like that. If using lethal force they are not shooting an arm or a foot. Non lethal force is not using a gun. 30 year LEOW.

The Woman on this episode is definitely speaking from a white persons view. I have a clean record not even a parking ticket and I have been a victim of police harassment. You follow the commands and they act like they don’t see you doing it. I don’t care if he robbed the store when he was pleading for help they could and should have found another way. This is why I don’t trust White people because there’s always a but, when it comes to killing black people. I really never cared for the host of this show, he seems pompous, but no I’m done with it!
