2022 is here and the team are back in full for the first time in a while! We share our thoughts on the past 12 months, whats to come for 2022 and our top tips for staying the course in 2022! 
In this short episode, Nathan and Tom discuss a few tips you can employ when indulging the festive food and drink. Christmas tends to be a hard time of year to stick to a training or nutritional program due to the numerous social occasions. Not wanting anyone to miss out on the fun this December, the SPC coaches throw a few ideas out to mitigate the effects so you can have the best of both this year!

This week we are joined by Emily Cain, Researcher & Physical Performance coach at the FA. We're back with a bang in the latest episode of the SPC podcast! After several months away from the mic's we got together to update you all on what life has been like since emerging from the first lockdown of 2020! As we record this its been announced gyms are set to reopen on the 3rd of December and we can't wait to reopen our doors and welcome you all back! Our team are incredibly excited to end 2020 on a high and we trust you are too!

This week the original cast of the SPC podcast are back! Today we answer talk about our plans coming out of Covid-19, what we have been up to and much more. We are building to an exciting announcement regarding Group Training coming this week!
This week Nathan and Tom spend some time with friend and former colleague Murray Hambro. After a decade in the armed forces which included several tours, Murray transitioned into the health and fitness world, becoming an athlete at the Invictus game and a veteran of multiple crossfit competitions. Murray now has his own Crossfit Box in Pulborough - WhiteHart CrossFit and in this episode we discuss his own journey, adversity, attitude and how to attack your goals
Today we are joined by friend and coach, Allan Reid. We crossed paths with Allan back in 2015 and since then we have continued to stay in touch as our careers have grown. Today we are lucky to sit down and talk with NHS staff and respiratory physiotherapist Emma. Emma is a client at SPC and is on the frontline of the COVID-19 crisis. Dealing with the most vulnerable and high risk patients, Emma talks us through; Her experiences, the risk factors, what we can do to stem the spread and protect ourselves and how, given everything, she is managing to stay fit and healthy. 
In this episode we sit down with Aarran Racine and Alex Parsons about life as professional football players and their transition away from the game. Both Alex and Aarran have participated in the professional environment as both youths and as adults. They give insights into their journeys trough the ranks, the mentality and discipline required to succeed, setbacks they experienced and how they now use their skill sets and experiences as coaches in the private sector. 
This one is a bit different this week.....Rhys joins the team for an honest and frank conversation about whats been getting under the skin of the SPC Coaches since being in lockdown....
