I’ve always known that healing is meant to be kind. I stumbled upon Brandy Gillmore and from the beginning everything she said made so much sense. She herself admits that some of the things she talks about can sound “woo woo”, but she has plenty of scientific evidence to back it up, and hey, if it works, it works. In just the last few weeks of listening to her podcasts I’ve been able to shift and release old deeply rooted negative feelings, and have them really be GONE. Very transformative.
