Ever have the kind of day that from the moment you wake up, everything seems chaotic and frantic??? Who hasn’t, right? These types of days used to be the norm for me...constantly stressed, felt like I was always playing catch up and that everything was happening TO me and not FOR me. I knew it was an unhealthy way to live...so I set out to change it! I started reading personal development books and began experimenting with different morning routines. After lots of trial and error, I found what works for me AND is easy to do consistently. The key was finding something that I enjoyed and wasn’t time consuming...keep it simple 💜 Investing 10-15 minutes in these practices every morning has given me back control.
