I believe that we're a bit boutiquey in that way. We only want to grow as fast as we can provide great customer service, and that's been a conscious decision over the past 90 years—to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. If we can also grow at the same time, that's good too. But customer satisfaction is what we live and die by."
