Each podcast is a short interview with an individual or group of educators from Saratoga High School who tell their 1CoolThing story.

This is an interview with a Saratoga High School Staff member who made a subtle change to how she coordinated and conducted her work in the Testing and Learning Center. Though he change was small, it gave a large benefit. Learn what she did, and see if it’s something you could benefit from too.
Creating a shared agreement in the classroom to build community, trust, and mutual understanding. Great way to start the year, or as these teachers share, so at a point in the year when the class just isn’t going the way you want it. Learn from two teachers co-teaching together.
