In this episode, Kerry Walker interviews Pat Groenhout. Pat Groenhout, previous Managing Director of PF Olsen Australia (position at time of recording), has had a long career in the forestry industry that has taken him across different states working in consulting for government and now private industry as a General Manager of PF Olsen's Australian Operations.  Pat is an experienced forest management professional and has held senior operational, executive and director roles in several commercial forest management companies. He is a passionate safety leader with extensive experience in forest valuations, due diligence, company management and set-up and investment forestry. 
In this episode, Liz Nicol interviews Trevor Bourne. Trevor Bourne is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director having served on public and private company boards in Australia and Asia for over 17 years. He is currently a director of Virgin Australia and Sydney Water Corporation and is the Chairman of Senex Energy Ltd. He has previously served on the Boards of Caltex Australia Ltd, as well as Origin Energy where he served through the substantial growth period following the demerger from Boral.
In this episode, Liz Nicol interviews Kevin Young. Kevin Young’s career has taken him from the labour gangs laying pipe as a cadet with Hunter Water, to the top of Australia’s largest water utility, having recently retired as Managing Director of Sydney Water. During his career Kevin has had many opportunities to influence and improve the health, safety and wellbeing of organisations. Graham is an experienced mining and operations executive with over 20 years in the industry. He is a strong leader who thrives when working in a values driven team environment. Graham has transformed operations in various jurisdictions and cultures through the development of vision, strategy and disciplined implementation. His experience includes construction projects, due diligence, project evaluation and project financing.
In this episode, Liz Nicol interviews Daniel Hunter. Daniel Hunter is the Deputy Secretary, Finance and Asset Management and Chief Financial Officer at NSW Health. Dan's strong background in finance has led him to excel in several significant leadership roles. His current role is no small task – NSW Health are responsible for 22 hospitals and over 115,000 staff with a $25 billion dollar budget. This huge responsibility brings with it many challenges and opportunities in regards to health, safety and wellbeing. 
In this episode Kerry Walker interviews Hennie du Plooy.  Hennie du Plooy is Chief Executive Officer of Port Waratah Coal Services. As the leader at PWCS, Hennie believes that achievement comes through the teams you lead and are a part of. Throughout Hennie’s career, all of his roles have been in, or related to mining. Hennie has had numerous opportunities and challenges along the way working in copper, gold and uranium in South Africa to gold in Cobar in western NSW, to coal in central Queensland.
In this episode, Liz Nicol interviews Nick Roberts. Nick Roberts is the CEO and Executive Director of Forestry Corporation of New South Wales. Nick is a highly experienced business leader with over 20 years spent in senior management in the forestry industry. Nick's values based approach to management, with a particular emphasis on health and safety, has served him well during his long career in the forestry industry.
In this episode, Kerry Walker interviews John Barbagallo. John is an executive leader with significant global experience across the mining, metals and industrial sectors. John has experienced as well as led a range of different cultures when it comes to health and safety. His current role is CEO of CQMS Razer, a company with 40 years’ experience leading engineering innovation and manufacturing of surface mining equipment.
In this episode, Liz Nicol interviews Tracy Burton. Tracy is an experienced CEO, having spent more than 30 years in the Australian health sector in 2019. Tracey is the Executive Director of Uniting, NSW and ACT and has a strong reputation for building high performing teams and achieving growth in response to changing community needs. Tracey is incredibly passionate about leading safety. In this episode Kerry Walker interviews Dr Eileen Doyle, Company Director, Business Angel and Author. Throughout this episode Eileen shares her personal safety leadership story. Eileen Doyle has had an exceptional career facilitating and enabling the commercialisation of innovation in large companies, SMEs and start-ups over more than three decades. Eileen has been an angel investor for over two decades and in the process has invested in, mentored and advised many businesses. Eileen’s career spans executive roles, several Non Executive Director roles and Chairperson. BHP Ltd, OneSteel Ltd, Port Waratah Coal Services, the CSIRO, Boral Ltd, Oil Search and the GPT Group are some of the billion dollar names etched into her resume.
