Sports fans! The calendar has turned to March and it is time to start thinking about your brackets. Adele, TST's producer/ chorographer, steps up to the mic and gives the a breakdown of who is hot and who is not. Beyond college basketball we say good bye to Lou Holtz and remember him fondly as he helped college football become a mainstream attraction. Also we can't help but admire the Mississippi legislature for going all in to attract football players to their state by making NIL money tax exempt. Does the ACC suck at basketball? Has JHMR made their best move to date? Download and tell your friends about us.

Thank goodness for the Winter Olympics! Super Bowl? More like Super Boring… Sam Darnold, what a redemption story. From dead and buried on the Jets, to Champion. And the Seahawks, after the way they ended their last trip to the big game. Crazy stuff. Plus, let’s be real, Boston has enough. So happy the Pats lost. No thank you. Definitely one of the worst Super Bowls in recent memory, up there with 2014 and 2001…ask your dad. Who is the next Darnold? Kyler Murray?? Malik Willis??? Mac Jones???? Josh Rosen???!?? All NFL Coaching vacancies filled ✅ Pro Bowl was a failure ✅ Tyler Shough is elite ✅ Well well well, it’s that time again. Time for football to end. Sucks to suck. We do a deep dive into the stats, facts, jokes, and rumors ahead of the Pats and Seahawks matchup in Santa Clara. Do we think it’s a Seahawks blowout? No. Does Boston need another title? Hell no. We’re split down the middle on who wins BUT agree, it’s going to be no more than 7 points either way. Oh, what’s that? James Harden changed teams?? Cool story. We mix in a little NBA, including the trade deadline movers and shakers. The Bucks keep Giannis because they’re scared. The Jazz build for the future with JJJ. And Anthony Davis' time as a Mav is done and dusted. Thanks Nico! Will the French go le crazy for American Football? Is Teton Valley the new Winter Olympic talent hotbed?? Is Cooper Flagg better than Michael Jordan??? And would you inject a needle in your peepee for a chance at Olympic fame???? Download and subscribe, rate and review. This week, it’s huddle time again. We have NO games to pick, not even the “Pro Bowl” and well the headlines will suffice. The NFL head coaching carousel has been busy since our last show. Robert Saleh gets a well deserved second chance as the old ball coach for the Titans. Mike McCarthy gets a very undeserved third chance at being a head coach for the Steelers. One and done? We take a moment to break down the AFC and NFC Championship Games. The Pats made enough plays on both sides of the ball to scoot past the Broncos. While the Seahawks and Rams put on a show, with Seattle moving onto Super Bowl 60. Is Sam Darnold elite? Will a former Dallas Cowboy make next year’s big game?? Should the G-League make a play to become the next conference in College Basketball??? And do you Skimo bro???? Download and subscribe, rate and review. This week on TST, we break down the 5 big games with Chicago local Willy J. From Buffalo’s high-powered rushing attack taking on Denver’s elite defense to Seattle looking to repeat its Week 18 dominance over the 49ers, we analyze the key battles, injuries, and strategic matchups that could decide each game. Houston’s stifling defense faces rookie Drake Maye in a low-scoring grind against New England, while the Rams and Bears deliver a high-octane offensive showdown complicated by weather and trench warfare up front. We also dive into the College Football Playoff National Championship, where 15–0 Indiana takes on Miami on the Hurricanes’ home turf in one of the most unexpected title games in history. From Josh Allen under siege in Denver to Fernando Mendoza leading a historic Hoosiers turnaround, we highlight the players, matchups, and storylines that could shape these games. Tune in for expert analysis, betting angles, and the key questions every fan needs to consider before kickoff. Have we seen the last of Aaron Rodgers? Will Aaron Rodgers go back to the Jets?? Miami in the National Championship? You gotta be shittin’ me! In the College Football Playoff, No. 1 Indiana brings a +18 turnover margin to a Peach Bowl rematch against Oregon, where Heisman winner Fernando Mendoza aims to keep the Ducks’ red-zone woes frozen. Meanwhile, the Fiesta Bowl pits an Ole Miss offense, faster than Lane Kiffin’s moving truck, against a Miami pass rush that hits harder than a student loan payment. Whether the Hurricanes can crack the "Chambliss Code" remains the big question, especially with the Rebels' coaching staff currently in a state of musical chairs. In the NFL, the Rams hope Davante Adams’ return prevents another Week 13 "trap" against a Bryce Young-led Panthers squad that's suddenly full of "contagious aura." The Bears and Packers face off in a "rubber match" with bragging rights so ancient they predate WWIl. Finally, the Jaguars are using their underdog status as premium fuel to defend Jacksonville against a Bills team that hasn’t won a road playoff game since the Macarena was a national craze. 'Twas the night before Playoff, when all through the nation, The fans were all gathered in wild expectation. The brackets were hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that a trophy soon would be there. The Sooners were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of Venables’ blitzes filled heads. At eight on a Friday, the lights will shine bright, As Alabama comes knocking to settle a fight. A rematch of Week 12! The Tide seeks to fly, But Ty Simpson sees blitzers wherever he’ll spy. The winner gets Indiana in the Rose Bowl’s sweet glow, But the Tide’s rushing game is still painfully slow. With Mateer at the helm and his hand feeling right, Oklahoma plans for a home-field delight. Then out on the Saturday, what should appear? The Aggies and Canes as the noon hour draws near. In College Station, where the 12th Man will roar, Malachi Toney looks to add to his score. He catches the screens, he’s a YAC-machine king, But the Aggies’ run defense is a vulnerable thing. Marcel Reed must be careful, he must keep it clean, For the Miami pass rush is exceptionally mean. The victor heads off to the Cotton Bowl’s gate, Where the Ohio State Buckeyes in silence will wait. By half-past the three, in the land of the Rebs, The Tulane Green Wave tries to untangle the webs. Ole Miss has no Kiffin, he’s gone to the Bayou, But Pete Golding’s defense says, "We will defy you." Chambliss throws deep—it’s a beautiful sight, Against a Wave secondary that’s prone to a fright. Jamauri McClure brings a spark to the ground, But the Rebels’ explosive plays simply abound. The Sugar Bowl beckons for the winner's next show, To face Georgia’s Bulldogs, the toughest of foe. The nightcap arrives under Oregon skies, Where the Dukes of JMU hope for a prize. Alonza Barnett has a hot passing hand, But the Ducks are the giants that rule o’er the land. Dante Moore is a star, a first-round-pick dream, Leading the nation’s most balanced of team. The Dukes defend edges with discipline and pride, But there’s nowhere for underdogs truly to hide. The Red Raiders wait in the Orange Bowl sun, For the winner of this final first-round-play run. The coaches are leaving, the transfers are set, The highest of stakes that a program can get. I heard Max and Dalton exclaim ‘ere the flight: "Happy Playoff to all, and to all a good fight!"
This week Massey is joined by Dawson Smith and Rob Pingry to discuss Sherrone Moore's fiery tailspin this week., Notre Dame's cowardice, and Phillip Rivers. Also we give you a six pack of NFL picks for this weekend's games.
What a difference a year makes! The Virginia Cavaliers, picked to finish dead last in the ACC Conference, are going to Charlotte, for a chance to be ACC Champs AND make the College Football Playoff. Tony Elliot, we were wrong, apologies. Elsewhere, the Buckeyes and Hoosiers meet in Indianapolis for the Big10 Title. Please Indiana, let’s shake the tree. Down south, in Dirtlanta, it’s Alabama facing Georgia in a rematch from late September in which the Tide did roll. Texas Tech also has a chance to make their very first CFP, with a win over BYU. Hell, they might be in regardless. Finally, we have the Mean Green battling the Green Wave in the Big Easy. Word salad…should be a good time. Does that mean JMU is doomed? We’ll find out Is Jalen Hurts anti-elite? Can the Chiefs drop below .500 in December?? Are da Bears for realz??? Will the AFC South have three winning teams???? Could the Bengals come all the way back to win the North????? And have we seen the last of Ayahuasca Aaron?????? Download and subscribe, rate and review. Tune in Fridays at 2 PM Mountain Time, only on 89.1 KHOL.
This week on TST Dawson and Stelling are back on the show to give their bias opinion on football. James Franklin has found his home in the ACC and immediately makes Virginia Tech a contender to win in that mediocre conference. Has anyone checked if Bill Belichick is OK? Dawson also said if the Chiefs lose to the Colts the Andy Reid Era is done... That made my brain hurt.

Ding dong the dick is dead! Nico Harisson, lord of the trade, has been fired by the Dallas Mavericks. About, damn, time. No time to celebrate, because we got some picks to make. This week, the Longhorns travel east to Athena for a showdown with the Bulldogs. Will Arch get his signature road win against Georgia? The Sooners head down to Tuscaloosa for Mateer vs Simpson. Can OU’s defense keep them in it? The Irish continue their cupcake schedule against, well, actually a decent ACC team in the Pitt Panthers. Could the Gameday environment propel the Panthers to an upset win? Iowa was this close to breaking the Ducks last week and now it’s time to change timezones in Los Angeles. Are the Trojans capable of putting up points against this D? Oh and Ole’ Miss hosts Florida. Goff vs Jalen, Mahomes vs Nix, Darnold vs Stafford, and Baker vs Allen are all on a top tier slate of games this week in the NFL. We’re in the homestretch for the NFL, seems like Week 1 was just yesterday. Download and subscribe, rate and review. Tune in Fridays at 2 PM Mountain Time, only on 89.1 KHOL.
Adios Hugh Freeze! And just like that, 25% of SEC Football Coaches have been fired. Virginia? In the College Football Playoff?? You bet your ass. The first rankings have come out and the ACC leader is on the board. This week in them games, we’ve got a showdown between BYU and Texas Tech for Big12 hierarchy. Oregon visits rainy and steamy Iowa for an ugly showdown against the Hawkeyes. The Aggies will pack of the Yell Leaders and head to Mizzou for a pivotal for them to stay atop the SEC. LSU at Alabama, and it’s the fourth most important game? What year is it?? Are the Packers even good? Is Baker the new Jesus?? Can Aaron Rodgers get any uglier??? And are the Ravens the best 3-5 team of all time???? Download and subscribe, rate and review. Tune in Fridays at 2 PM Mountain Time, only on 89.1 KHOL.

Vandy? Good at football?? Number 10??!?? What a season thus far for the ‘dores. On that note, it’s time for week 9 in College Football. Ole Miss heads to Norman, to play Mateer and the Sooners. Mizzou gets the honor of heading to Nashville for College Gameday to face off against that Vanderbilt team. The Aggies travel a few hundred miles eastbound and down to Death Valley for Brian Kelly’s final game at LSU. South Florida, Memphis, Houston, and BYU matter this year? You’re damn right they do! In the NFL, it’s revenge time for Aaron Rodgers against his BELOVED Packers friends. He made no enemies while in Green Bay, only friends. The Cowboys head to Denver, a team they haven’t beaten since the Clinton Administration. Bills head to Charlotte to tee off against Andy Dalton’s Panthers. And looky here, we’re picking a Saints game this week. Bucs by 100. Will Bad Bunny perform in the White House Ballroom? Are the Tar Heels relocating to Saudi Arabia?? And have you ever crossed the Mafia??? Download and subscribe, rate and review. Tune in Fridays at 2 PM Mountain Time, only on 89.1 KHOL.
It has been a big week in the Big 10 football. James Franklin is gone from Penn State. Cignetti is staying at Indiana, Michigan stinks, and their regular season is about as exciting as a poopie flavored lollipop. Meanwhile the SEC is getting into the meat of the schedule and ranked on ranked teams are all over this Saturdays slate.
