It’s a new year and a new Dallas housing market. The big speculation is that we’re going to have a recession in 2023.  Maybe we will. Maybe we won’t.  So what will happen to the Dallas Housing Market if we do go into a recession? And on the other hand, what will happen to the real estate market if we don’t.   Now those are some great questions that I will answer in this podcast.
