Description

Eudaimonia is an ancient word, a term the Greeks used to describe happiness composed of meaning, connection, and peaceful contentedness. They called it eudaimonia, and it's one of the most empowering gifts we can give ourselves. Eudaimonia is a podcast about our culture and about how we can change it. About seeing what's going on and choosing to be receptive and resilient. But most of all, happy.
