I couldn't listen to the all of this podcast. the amount of times she says the f word is so discouraging. it reminds me of the way I talked when I drank. doing the program and the 12 steps is a complete change. if you can't get through an hour without saying the f word I don't want to listen. she says it at least 40 times whe. I turned it off. I listen to podcasts all the time and this was embarrassing because my kids were around.
