This was a really good episode
Extremely well done. Love how he added descriptions of some cities in modern times, really humanizes the nameless regular folks impacted by events history recorded happened to their families so long ago.
Absolutely worth the journey! James' research skills, storytelling knack, and passion for the topic are exceptional. The consideration brought to culture, humanity, and history are admirable. Not to mention, what a riveting story I can't believe I never knew about!
Glad to see this podcaster back. The first episode of the new series is really well put together and a great listen.
Great Podcast, fast and easily followable when it speeds up, detailed and well sourced when it slows down. James is a great host
