Phil Harding had his hands in as many hits in the 80s/90s as anyone you care to mention. I love Ultravox and Billie, but I'm sorry the sound quality on the interview is awful. I have a podcast and would never release anything so poor in audio quality.
Fun, funny, entertaining listen. You can hear that a lot of work as gone into making these episodes. Highly recommended.
