Reflexive Performance Reset (also known as RPR) is a simple system of breathing and tactile input to reset your body’s nervous system to shift your body out of patterns of compensation and pain. Movement compensation patterns are a common cause of non contact injuries in sports as well as everyday aches and pain that also limit an athlete’s performance. The RPR wake up drills use reflex points to reset the body out of these compensation patterns. Athletes can do these wake up drills themselves and take back control of their own health and performance. I interviewed Jack Ginn who introduced me to RPR. Jack Ginn is a football and strength/conditioning coach. Jack has coached at the collegiate level and also works with high school athletes. Jack has a wealth of experience and knowledge that helps athletes take their game to the next level. If you have questions for Jack Ginn you can find him on twitter @jackginn Check out Fuel Physical Therapy & Sports Performance at www.fuelphysicaltherapy.com Have any questions?
