And just like that, it's over. The second and final season of Andor comes to and end with "Jedha, Kyber, Erso", and just as expected it leads us right into Rogue One, which I need to rewatch again as soon as possible. And did you catch that music at the end? Go back if you didn't (because I sure didn't the first time!)It was fun catching up on this show and podcast - got off to a late start, but was worth it in the end because of how excellent this entire series was. The Mandalorian Man will return - as soon as Disney Plus gives us another live-action Star Wars show....or maybe sooner.Until then - MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!
As promised, I am back with part two of the Andor Finale, Who Else Knows? Some great robot moments in this episode and a cliffhanger that had me hanging on the edge of my chair. So more like a chairhanger - which sounds gross for some reason. One more to go Star Wars fans!!!!
Here we are - the final three episodes of Andor. For most of us, it's already over. We've already watched how Andor comes to an...Endor (oof) - but for this episode and the one that follows I do not know what happens next. This was recorded minutes after watching Make It Stop and seconds before moving on to watch the next episode.I watched and recorded all of my thoughts last night and will be releasing the final three episodes of the podcast, starting with this one, throughout the day.
And just like that, I am finally caught up with the rest of you and ready for the final three episodes of Andor. While Episode 8 was one of the best episodes of television I've maybe ever seen (too much?), they followed it up with a perfect ending to this block of episodes with Welcome to the Rebellion.
This was an incredible episode of television. There's no other way to describe it. I was on edge almost the entire time. Incredible storytelling. Incredible acting. Incredible directing.Have I said incredible enough? It was that good. Emmy voters pay attention. Just remarkable. "Who Are You?" is Star Wars at its very best.
Look, I'm going to be honest with you. I watched this episode right after watching episode 6, but then did not record my thoughts until the following day. I think it shows - drastically. I swear episode 8 will be much better as I recorded that (and episode 9) right after watching those episodes. But there is no looking back! Once I record it - it's done. I'm like a big, dumb, podcasting shark. Always moving forward. So...Enjoy my episode on Messenger?
Ahoy there Star Wars fans! You wouldn't know it by this being only episode six, but I am now fully caught up on season 2 of Andor! I've watched and recorded episodes for episodes 6-9 and will be releasing them all today. First up, the last part of the second block of episodes, What a Festive Evening!
Star Wars Day is behind us. It's in the past. No looking back. Just keep moving forward - which is what I did this morning in my attempt to catch up on Andor before week three. Today I watched and talked about the fifth episode of season 2, I Have Friends Everywhere. One more to go and I'm in the same boat with the rest of you punks!
Andor may have jumped ahead one year, but Andor with Candor jumped ahead one episode. After completing that first block of three, I found time today on the actual Star Wars Day, to talk about the fourth episode. At the time of this posting, I haven't watched episodes 5 or 6 yet - and I am starting to think that is becoming whatever you call the day after Star Wars Day....Oh yeah - that's Cinco de Mayo!MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU MY FELLOW FRIENDS!
Look at that! I told you would be posting the first buch of episodes of this final season of ANDOR all at once. I literally watched these first three episodes back-to-back-to-back while recording my thoughts after each one. I truly is a Star Wars Day miracle.MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU!
Star Wars Day continues as I publish yet another episode covering the final season of ANDOR. Trying to get caught up for the latest week - but will I make it? Ooh the suspense is palpatine - I mean palpable.MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU!
"Better late than never." Those words were first spoken by George Washington when his new wooden teeth finally arrived. I think. They are also the sentiment I am feeling when I - FINALLY - bring you the beginning on the second (and final) season of ANDOR. I have some very good reasons and maybe a couple excuses - but yesterday I finally sat down and watched the first three episodes of the new season and ANDOR - and today I watched the fourth episode. So buckle up Star Wars fans - you're getting all four episodes at once. Not a bad way to celebrate Star Wars Day, right?MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU!
We did it Crewnies! We made it through another Star Wars series on Disney Plus! Just a few hours ago I watched the season finale of "Skeleton Crew" but I fell asleep before getting this show up! The good thing is, my dog woke me up at 4:00am so I can put the show up now. I should probably go back to sleep though. Anyway, it's been fun talking Star Wars with you again, I'll see you for the next series - but until then enjoy as I talk about "The Real Good Guys" and remember - CREWNIES NEVER SAY DIE!
I can't believe after the this there is only one more episode of "Skeleton Crew" and one more episode of this podcast left! I think this episode did a nice job of setting up some major tension, showing us who the villain seemingly is, and leaving us still with more answers that we hopefully get answered next week!
The way this last episode ended, when Fern said "We're Gonna Be In So Much Trouble," she had no idea just how true that statement was!
Happy New Year, Crewnies! Yes, I stayed up and watched some Ryan Seacrest with my wife last night5 and did not watch the latest "Skeleton Crew" until the following year. Which thankfully was today.
Just finished it a little while ago and immediately started recording. Not a ton happened in this episode, titled "Zero Friends Again," but I'm still having fun!
Happy Holidays, Crewnies! Yes, I know that I am a couple days late talking the latest episode of "Skeleton Crew" but I have a good excuse...I didn't do it until now. I mean, let's be honest - that's the greatest, most accurate excuse ever. But I'm finally here after taking a few extra holiday days off talking about the latest Crewnie adventure, "You Have a Lot to Learn About Pirates."
And bonus, if you're accessing this episode on Spotify or YouTube you can watch me talk about this episode and never remember Jude Law's characters name!
Ahoy Crewnies! Happy Tuesday Night and Happy "Skeleton Crew" night! This episode takes place all on one planet. Not a lot happens, but the mystery grows deeper concering the kids planet even though SM-33 continues to tell them... "Can't Say I Remember No At Attin."
Aye, eye Crewnies! I'm back talking a brand new episode of of "Skeleton Crew!" The adventure continues as the mystery deepens. It's not only, "will these kids get home" but also "what are the secrets that their home holds" in another great episode, episode 3 - "Very Interesting, As An Astrogration Problem."
Welcome back space cadets! Getting this episode out a little later than I originally planned - but finally I was able to sit down today and talk about another fun episode of "Skeleton Crew!" Seems like we've set up our adventure AND they've given us a little bit mystery as we found our heroes - "Way, Way Out Past The Barrier."
Greetings fellow space nerds! The Mandalorian Man is BACK with a brand new adventure watching every episode of the new Disney+ Star Wars show, "Skeleton Crew!" Not to tip my hand at all, but I thought this first episode was totally wizard! So sit back and relax as I talk about the Skeleton Crew series premiere, "This Could Be A Real Adventure."
