It’s important to me. I love it because I can actually sleep. I used to not be able to sleep because I had to make worries and need anxiety medicine. I have a lot of worries, so yeah and then everything and everything so yeah I’m like everything and everything so yeah that’s kind of hard like you know lol you don’t know because I haven’t told you that much information so yeah blah blah blah blah sorry about that. I just wanted to to get to my limit of stuff like I can do in my text so yeah OK OK
Thank you so much. I can’t sleep before. It was impossible just for me. It was like really hard. It’s a lifesaver these meditations their lifesaver. It’s true. They mean the world to me. I cannot sleep. I would never sleep. I would. It’s just impossible. It used to be at least until I got these meditations. They’re important. I want them if I don’t have them what am I supposed to do it? How am I supposed to wait what would be an example? I don’t know I can’t even think of an example. You know OK
