Manawa and Mel sit down to korero with Peter Tynan, CEO of Foundation North.
Foundation North is the largest philanthropic (kinda like charitable) funder in Aotearoa, and was setup after the sale of the ABS bank back in 1988. The multiple millions of dollars it generates every year goes into funding initiatives in Auckland and Northland.
Peter grew up in South Auckland and has had multiple executive and leadership roles, we chat with him about the Foundation, how it's honouring the treaty, how it's investing into South Auckland, and get some of his tips of leadership for impact.

Because our people and our community need time and support to develop themselves as entrepreneurs, we realised we needed additional structure to support this development focussed mahi.
