What’s up fam! We are BACK for Episode 159! Today we dive in to some things you can do to increase your conversions; leave no stone unturned, and commit to excellence in your business.
First things first, go back to your idea client.
Develop Buyer Personas: Create detailed profiles of your target audience. write a day in the life.
Conduct Market Research: Have 10 conversations with your ideal client and ask them your burning questions.
Make sure your offer makes your ideal client’s success inevitable. I back up all my work with a guarantee, and provide more deliverables than I see ANY OTHER coach providing in the coaching space, period. I make sure that my ideal clients really have no logical reason to say no; and it’s more a matter of if they’re ready to show up + do the work.
create extended payment plans + different tiers to empower buyers.
Share success stories often + make a highlight reel called “client wins” on your IG profile
Give free value often. The more freebies you have, the more opportunities for connection, the better.
Practice consensual sales. never pitch to someone if they haven’t said they definitely want the details.
Do a 2-call close. One call to get clear on needs. Another to sell. Especially if you’re selling 1;1.
Create more content. Whatever your posting schedule is, completely change it up. Do you normally do reels? Do posts. Normally do posts? do reels. Never go live? Go live. Show up on stories? show up less. Switch it up.
Talk to more people. Track all your leads. Follow up with all your leads 3x. Use the lead tracker I give you inside 24HBB.
Do a podcast tour. Go get in front of new eyeballs. Pitch yourself to podcast hosts.
Utilize multiple platforms, and make sure you have long-form content.
utilize email marketing: rotate out your freebies, build a list, and email them 1x per week. it is worth it. i promise.
come to every sales call with a custom blueprint for your client. it is so personal. it does so well. they will be impressed.
GENERAL PRACTICES
Always use a Clear Call-to-Action
Follow Up with Leads: Implement a consistent follow-up system to engage with potential clients who have expressed interest but haven't made a purchase yet.
Remember, understanding your ideal client + CONNECTING with them is key. Keep rippin’ on life! See you in next weeks episode on clear-decision making + priorities with my good friend and client, GMK.

You can say you value your business, your health, your relationship with God... but if your calendar and bank account don’t reflect it? You’re lying. In this episode, I break down why your time and your money are the clearest mirrors for what actually matters to you. We talk about:What your bank statement reveals about your prioritiesThe hidden cost of saying yes to the wrong thingsWhy consistency isn’t about discipline, it’s about desireHow to course correct without shame when you’ve been off-trackThe difference between aspirational identity and embodied integrityIf you’ve been saying you’re serious about something but your life doesn’t reflect it… this is your gut check. Not from a place of guilt—but from a place of ownership.
Profound share and a story from early-on in my testimony I often don't share. Incredible to think that prayers I prayed 15 years ago are still at work. I hope this episode gives you a renewed hope for your future. JOIN THE TELEGRAM CHANNEL "THE BACK ROOM - A PERSONAL BRANDING SPEAKEASY" - https://t.me/+pzfaXftnP3RkNWQx
