Based as many of my podcasts are on something which has happened in my own life and then reflecting on how I used mind-body tools or techniques to help the situation.
This one starts off with a story about my partner and I and how he allowed me a full seven minutes to be angry about a shocking situation before telling me to move on and let it go!

Three powerful ways to use journalling while trying to conceive
Let me start by saying journalling is just a fancy word to describe using a pen and paper to write things down as part of your own personal development.
I have been journalling since I was eight years old! Writing plays a big part in how I express myself and get in touch with how I really feel about things.
Today on the Embrace Fertility podcast I share how to use journalling to support yourself and your fertility.
Number One : Use journalling to rant, pour out your heart, express anger. I mention the study that I’ve linked below on why this is so beneficial not just in the moment but for our ongoing emotional and physical health.
Number Two: Keep a gratitude journal to express love and gratitude for things that happened in your past or the present moment. Then connect in with what you want to bring into your life and use writing to help you raise your vibration and get yourself energetically aligned with what you want.
Number Three: Your journal can be yourUu very own fertility coach, ask yourself questions and then question your responses to your answers.
Good coaching questions to ask yourself are:
Is that true?
Who taught me that?
Is this helpful?
What do I really want?
Do I want to keep this belief?
What is beneath that?

Two years into trying to conceive, after our first treatment cycle fail I was suffering from anxiety depression insomnia IBS and panic attacks. I knew that the stress I was experiencing was caused by the fact I was unable to get pregnant but was this stress now impacting my ability to conceive and causing infertility?

Jenni's words: I first discovered Reiki healing after my 2nd Ectopic Pregnancy. I was in the depths of my pain after losing a very wanted pregnancy and losing my last fallopian tube. Not knowing where to turn, I found a Reiki healer and was curious to try anything to help me move forward in my grief. What I was surprised by is how much that one decision changed my life… I walked out of my appointment with feeling like the heavy brick that I had settled on my chest after loss, lifted! I could take a full breath in for the very first time in a long time!
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. It heals by flowing through the body’s energy field (aura) and charging it with positive energy. What’s so special is that energy has no physical boundaries, so while we are all stuck in our homes, you can receive a healing treatment from anywhere in the world!
Energetic/ancestor Blocks
We are all energy and our bodies hold onto stress and trauma is many different ways. I often see in my clients that their chakra centers are energetic blocked. In one particular case, it was blocked by ancestor trauma or trauma from a past life. Reiki healing works to break up the blocked chakras and clear them with positive energy that helps you move beyond- to heal and to live with a radical love for yourself again!Benefits of Reiki after loss or through Infertility:

Episode 125: Today one of my clients Rachel shared a video of her nine-month-old who is now crawling. Nine months ago he was still in her belly about to be born. Nine months before that she didn’t know that she was pregnant.
