hello. I wonder what style of yoga you do. I'm from Iran, and recently, I got my general yoga instructors certification. but I doubt which style is good for me. I constantly feel I can't do yoga because I'm weak and frequently get cold and other diseases or cause I'm in my 30s. I'm not young enough. in iran, being a yoga teacher is a humble way of earning money. As a result, I just get by and am dependent on my parents. I really would like to hear your opinion. I feel I am a bad teacher...
