It has been a while. I think the last episode I posted was like two months ago. So I have so much to update you guys on. Today I wanted to talk about my mission trip to Peru. In today's episode, I want to discuss fasting. We will discuss what fasting is, what the Bible says about it, why we should fast, why it's important, and more.   Alright, so first, what is fasting? Fasting is abstaining from food or drink for a specific period of time. So, not having certain foods or drinks for a specific period of time, and people fast for a bunch of different reasons. What I'm specifically going to be speaking about is biblical fasting. It's not only fasting from food or drink, but you can also fast from certain things in your life. You can fast from social media, I mean, pretty much anything that you're giving up for some time for God, that is what fasting is. In today's episode, I will be talking about the literal and figurative storms in our lives. In Kentucky, we had severe weather a few weeks ago that lasted about a week.
