The trigger I'm using for this episode is a plastic take out box - the type you might find a baked potato in.
It's on the shorter side time wise,

Thanks for listening to ASMR Sounds with Ann
The trigger I'm using today is the recording I did of a winter stream and the water trickling down. I hope that you enjoy it.
The last episode I did - I had ended with my plastic bristle pet lint brush and I was doing it back and forth over the microphone head. I liked it so much I decided to do an episode with just that one brush.

I recorded several episodes in my car today - so I just grabbed a few things to use. I grabbed a wooden bowl - almost heart shaped and would be the size of a salad or cereal bowl. Then I have what would be a soft dish scrubbing brush, another one that is made of plastic bristles, and the third one is classified as a pet lint brush - but is also made of plastic bristles. I liked that last one so much- I ended up making another episode of it by itself. I use the brushes next to the microphone and sometimes right on the microphone.

The trigger this episode is the rainstick. I believe this rainstick has been in my house for at least 20-30 years - I'm thinking my parents either brought it home from a cruise or my mom from Mexico when she was doing a class project trip for her nursing bachelors degree in the 1990's.
I love the sound the rainstick makes. I did a little tapping at the beginning but really just a few seconds. The majority is just moving the stick back and forth so it makes the rain sound.

This trigger was super satisfying. I took a book I wasn't using and ripped pages out of it. Then those pages got ripped into strips and then into pieces. I ended up with a pile of paper in my lap.

In this episode, the trigger is the padded plastic envelope we get when we get a small package from Amazon or a delivery. This package delivered a planner - so letter size. I rubbed, tapped and used my nails to scrape the plastic envelope.

Okay - I was being corny there - nodding to Meatloaf...
This episode was recorded not by the dashboard lights, but on the dashboard and the steering wheel. I often find myself tapping while I'm at a traffic light so since I was recording some other episodes today in my car... well - I tapped for real for all of you.

In this episode, the trigger I'm using is walking on crunchy snow.
Disclaimer - I'm not really walking - just stepping in place outside my car because I didn't want to carry my computer with me. But once I find my apple adapter that lets you plug into the lightning port, I will try to taking an actual walk with a microphone clipped to my pant leg.

This episode is really just a white noise episode where I have recorded the car vent blowing.

My trigger for this episode is tapping on a small wooden bowl. I found this one while wandering the aisles of my local Goodwill store tapping on different things here and there to see if it sounded good or not.

The triggers that I'm using in this episode are two brushes - one a dish scrubbing brush and the other a painters art brush. I use them together, separately and sometimes on the microphone.

This episode, I rescued a plastic sandwich box that I had from buying my lunch from the work cafeteria (a reuben sandwich). Just before I threw it out, I happened to tap on it and thought - I think I'll use this for the show. So here it is.

This episode I'm using a squishy squeeze ball that is shaped like a grape and is purple and full of liquid with lots of little balls inside so it makes a squishy sound.

In this episode, the trigger is me tapping on a ceramic tile. I was doing this also for Youtube also and had to cut the video short, but I did loop the tapping for the podcast listeners.
