Description
We are always trying to take care of everybody else, but we need to take some time for self care. When we fill ourselves up with love, energy and light, we are better able to care for those around us. Each week, I dive into a topic meant to fill you up from the inside so you can go out and spread your love and light.

We become like the people we hang out with the most. Why not make the most of this by surrounding yourself with the most amazing people?
Changing your life isn’t easy and isn’t always fun, but it is simple!
