What are "we" (professional newcomer women in IT) saying and what are "they" (employers/community leaders) hearing? 5 professional newcomer women in Canada share their integration experiences and give tips on bridging the cultural divide in regards to culture shock, gender, employment, civic participation, diversity and also finding their unique voices, gratitude and purpose.

This 5 episode podcast is a part of the "Cultural Understanding and Empowering Women in IT Program" launched by the Ottawa Chinese Community Centre to support and empower internationally educated newcomer women in IT.
