In this episode I go through the submission I have made to the House of Lords enquiry on Off Payroll regulations (IR35). I compare my role as an independent consultant with that I had as a employed consultant. It is the same job but at a different scale.

My name is Philip Ross, I was involved in the original campaign against IR35 in 1999/2000 as the political director of PCG (now known as IPSE). I am still involved with the freelancing movement and in the campaign against IR35. My day job is an a freelance consultant doing contract work.
