Mixing politics with public testimony with personal testimony, host discusses the latest Epstein-related podcast information and interjects moments of first-hand past interactions with people alleging victimization at the hands of twisted, allegedly-Sata nick family cults, and how this Epstein story impacts host and America, as a whole. To be clear, dissociative identity disorder is a complex state of identity and the stories referenced only relate to 2 specific individuals. The take-away, however, should be applied: one must consider the psychological effects of long-term exploitation on the human mind and human loyalty. The damage to victims can vary, and most insidious is when the victims are programmed to protect their abusers, and have not unprogrammed themselves or received help yet.

Part 1.5: I am La Malinche from school to thinking I could help a revolution NOT started in my own neighborhoods.

Guilty on all 3 counts. Chauvin in handcuffs, led from courtroom. Unicorn Riot on the streets livestreaming the George Floyd case verdict. Guilty. All 3 counts.

American Verdict or AmeriKKKan Verdict?

America, we have a constitution, yet it has never been fully enforced. Will it be enforced today in the verdict of the kkkop Chauvin in his murder of George Floyd, a Black unarmed man who cried for his mother as the crowd begged the police to stop murdering him in cold-blood? Is today the day an American verdict will be read? Or is it another AmeriKKKan verdict, read by cold, cruel, uncaring, genocidal mouths?
The Atlanta shootings are currently being investigated as both a potential hate crime and as an act of sexist killings by an incel (although acting out on violent fantasies about women is generally more of a darkcel thing to do, as per their sexist ideology on being ‘red pilled’ versus being ‘black pilled’).
From the Redpill Handbook, a collection of reddit incel essays being distributed as a kind of incel manifesto, to incelese, a coded dialect of English (includes words like “mogged”, i.e. "that chad wrist mogged me”), incels have built an ideology, an internet presence, and now, a death count.

Is it really new though, or is it a reactionary take on traditional patriarchy? Or is it an extremist form of patriarchy? The kind of unspoken message sex workers get when they start is, “if you leave the kitchen, anything that happens to you out there is your own fault because you never should have done sex work. You should’ve found a mate and reproduced and made your husband tortillas for life. If you had done that, you would be safe. If you refuse, you are fair game.” And by ‘fair game’ they mean it in the Most Dangerous Game way, the serial killer murder for sport way.
Sex workers have usually been the first victims of serial killers. They have limited rights, both as human beings in regards to assault and theft, as well as limited labor rights to organize, to unionize, to protect themselves. FOSTA/SESTA is a bill that was passed in the name of sex traffic victims, yet it is the one bill that has endangered sex workers and victims of sex trafficking across the board due to the inability of sex workers to use the internet to vet clients with each other. Without that, many sex workers went back to working without any way to ensure their safety.
https://ir.lawnet.fordham.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=5598&context=flr
From an academic study entitled, “FOSTA: A Hostile Law with a Human Cost” by Chamberlain (Fordham Law Review, 2019):
“Street work is more dangerous than indoor work and can even be lethal.269 Rape and assault are prevalent and seen as inevitable, and workers are at risk of violence from clients and law enforcement alike.270 As the internet became a ubiquitous utility, sex workers were able to move the negotiation and solicitation stages of their business to online forums that did not demand physical presence.271 Sex workers gained the means to create an electronic record of client communications,272 screen potential clients,273 and communicate with one another about dangerous clients, safe spaces, and other industry-specific health and safety tips.274 The shift online revolutionized the industry, imbuing sex work with a previously nonexistent level of safety and decreasing the need for third parties as security or advertisement intermediaries.275 The effect was striking: a 2017 study found that “from 2002 to 2010, when Craigslist’s erotic-services site was active and solicitation moved indoors, the female homicide rate fell by seventeen percent.”
We should not ignore how society, how congress, how our legislation, worked to create dangerous conditions for sex workers in America, especially FOSTA/SESTA. Sex workers are treated like the lowest caste of society, they are perceived as morally depraved, as lesser than other workers, as less worthy of justice in the even they are harmed, and the advent of OnlyFans becoming a somewhat socially acceptable thing in modern times, has done little to remove the stigma and risk of doing in real life sex work. We need to change how society and the law treats sex workers.

Join me as I interview Dr. Lars Maischak, history PhD and CSU lecturer, as we discuss the definition of fascism; who it applies to and who it does not. Dr. Maischak's background as both a history doctorate specializing in comparative American history, and his life experiences as a German émigré whose family was split between the Nazi side and the leftist, anti-Nazi side, gives the audience a deep, thorough, and historically accurate description of what defines fascism, and how it expresses itself in America during modern times. #fascism #America #nazi #history #AmericanHistory #currentevents #PhD #interview #GermanHistory #leftism #TheLeft #socialism #FascisminAmerica #podcastSeries #Fresno #RadioFreeFresno #southofShawMedia
In 2017, Dr. Lars Maischak, a professor of history at #CaliforniaStateUniversityFresno, tweeted about how history shows us Trump is a fascist, and that, historically, fascists must hang for fascism to die. Dr. Maischak is no stranger to fascism--his family was German leftists during #WWII......his tweets reflected his life experience, his academic research, and his personal ethics. Not only was he attacked by Breitbart and the alt-right over the tweet, but he was also railroaded by the university system and suspended from his professorship. The university rejected his first amendment rights and accused him of inciting violence (although the secret service investigated, they found no evidence that Dr. Maischak had or intended to incite violence, contrary to CSU Fresno's stance). They further blamed Dr. Maischak for the controversy, saying he 'should've known better, he does. He knows better than them. Still, despite being proven right after the atrocities Trump committed since 2017, Dr. Maischak's life continues to be upended and his employer, a public university, has refused to support him and continues to insist they were in the right to punish him. Never punish a historian for giving a historically accurate analysis of the past, present, and future. You should be taking notes, not censoring him.

F.I.A. Podcast Series with Dr. Lars Maischak - Episode 1: Two Sides of the Same Capitalist Coin
This is the first podcast in a series of interviews with Dr. Lars Maischak, a history PhD from Germany who lectures at California State University, Fresno. This series is entitled, “Fascism in America” (F.I.A. Series) and looks at America through historical context, modern day events, and the lived experiences of Dr. Maischak, both his German lived experience, as well as his experiences recently in America.
Our first episode is called “Two Sides of the Same Capitalist Coin” and Dr. Maischak explains how both conservatives and neoliberals play a role in fascism gaining power—using the example of German merchants from the 1800’s as a means to explain how this came to be. Contrary to popular belief, conservatives and neoliberals hold the same capitalist ideals, and we look at how these ideals play out on the global scale, as well as what that means to American modern day events and political ideologies.
This is the link to the book discussed in this episode by Dr. Lars Maischak:

People who don't want to or cannot spend $30 on the full length book, can read an older manuscript (Dr. Maischak’s dissertation) that is available for free (but has stuff missing compared to the book:

The city of Fresno has received a large shipment of extra body bags in anticipation of a spike in COVID deaths. Businesses and large gatherings are largely vectors for rapid infection in a city, yet Sheriff Mims has formally pledged to not obey California state mandate laws and will not enforce penalties against businesses that do not follow state mandated mask policies and shut down orders. Meanwhile, the oversaturation of neighborhoods south of Shaw Avenue by police continues---disproportionate traffic stops, gang profiling, and racial profiling all continue regardless of the pandemic. This unequal policing between North Fresno and South of Shaw Avenue, and between affluent Fresno business owners and low income Fresnans, exacerbates a long standing and deep seated division in the city of Fresno, with its roots in racism and classism stemming from the Jim Crow era, and the official and then unofficial redlining of Fresno. The results of which, might lead to negligent or wrongful deaths that could have been prevented had Sheriff Mims obeyed the California mandate regarding COVID shut-down measures.
I talk vaccine myths and debunk the likelihood that the vaccine can mind control you. I also debunk the conspiracy that the vaccine is a toxin or poison and not a vaccine. If you’re high risk, please do consider taking the vaccine!
Lastly, I briefly touch on the next upcoming podcast: a multi-segment podcast series on Fascism in America with an interview between Host and Dr. Lars Maischak, a History PhD whose specialization is in American history.

Sheriff Mims previously refused to obey the CA mandate on COVID quarantine measures. I ask why she ignores a literal public health concern while ignoring another public health concern: overpolicing in areas south of Shaw ave, police brutality during traffic stops, and why businesses flouting the law with no fines while the rest of us get fined for a broken taillight is a type of class privilege. Also, Fresno's New police chief is from Oklahoma City. I recount what little I've seen of our new police chief through his youtube talk about low income families and their lack of family and church (his words, NOT mine). Frankly, coming to fresno and assuming we don't nurture our family members is not a good start to his tenure as fresno police chief, although he will do amazing with the Dyer stans.

These Supreme Court judges reversed the lower courts decisions to supply food assistance tomillions of hungry and impoverished Americans. Millions of single mothers…desperate for food for their family….now vulnerable to sex traffickers and predatory men.Was that part of the New Wave American Eugenics era this admin has been building? Furthermore, in this country led by pedophile-linked governmentofficials, what will happen to the children of the single mothers who cannot afford to buy food now? These judges don’t worry about where their food comes from. Their decisions impact the masses, but not them. They are the elite; the judiciary elite that do not feel the effects of their decisions. They let rich rapists win appeals (or sit next to them and share aged whiskey with him fffffffffff…….), while the average American (esp if you’re poc) gets double books thrown at them, guilty or not.The system protects the TRUE guilty --- the billionaires trafficking and assaultingchildren get departments at universities named after them, or they get elected to president (Clinton, Trump, who else?). The system protects those who harm entire populations and convicts the guy who ran his mouth at a clerk and stolea cigar by publicly executing him without due process. I am a linguist by trade (BA and MA in linguistics) and today's podcast topic is close to my heart: language. Specifically, how nonstandard varieties of English are treated in the court system, and how court reporters' transcripts can often hold grave miscarriages of justice in their linguistic biases. against speakers of African-American English.*A study was done on the accuracy of court reporterswho were transcribing African American English (AAE) in court cases (Jones et al, 2019). The industry minimum standard for transcription accuracy is listed as 97%, however, when the speaker on the stand was using African-American English, the average accuracy rate dropped to ~56% only. In situations where court reporters paraphrased instead of transcribed dialogue verbatim, this accuracy rate dropped to ~36% (Jones et al, 2019). In situations where accuracy in the court reporter’s case transcripts can mean the difference between innocence and guilt, this gap is appalling. We looked at the New York Times article thatsummarized the study’s findings in my class (Eligon, 2019). We discussed nonstandard varieties of English and how these varieties are treated in asociety where standard English is used as a gatekeeper for many professions, social situations, and in academia. As a linguist first, I am a descriptivist. I donot put value judgments on any dialect or language. There is no superior dialect, and Standard English is the default because, years ago, it was thelanguage of the elite who built academia. They naturally used their own dialect as the default standard for American academia, but there is nothing intrinsically better in Standard English than in any other variety of English. African-American English, Appalachian English, and Chicano English all have linguistic traits unique to that specific dialect, some features which are not shared in StandardEnglish. Each variety has their own grammar rules that speakers of that speech community follow, much like standard English has its own grammar rules we must follow in school. I just wanted to make it clear that AAE has itsown grammar rules, unique tenses, and other unique linguistic traits that are just as valid and grammatical as SE (Standard English). This specific variety of English has been marginalized and stigmatized, despite many great works of literatureand poetry being written in AAE. The variety used in poetry by Langston Hughes and others has been both labelled as American classics in the fields ofliterature and poetry, as well as being labelled as “not grammatical,” or “incomplete” by non-linguists and much of the public. My point is, AAE is grammatical, it is just not currently accepted as the standard used in American colleges orcourtrooms. Sadly, this can lead to miscarriages of justice when the jury has a transcript with only 36% accuracy to decide on guilt or innocence. *I use linguistic terminology to describe "African-American English," however, I understand that the community itself might have their own nomenclature. I use AAE and SE as terms here due to linguistic practices, and I acknowledge that there might be other names or terms that are preferred within the community. REFERENCEEligon, John. (Jan 2019). Radio Free Fresno returns from the void with a short podcast for October 30th, 2025, just days before Nov. 1st's SNAP/Purge event. Let's recap 2025 in under 6 minutes...from genocides to getting GTA VI before we get the Epstein files...from an ex-leftist accelerationist: there is accelerant on our timeline. Remember, we, the central valley in California, are the bread hub of the world. If anything happens to our crops...say, an ag export strike, the rest of the world will be impacted. We grow the same food they refuse to feed us with? Something is...asymmetric there....
It’s a story of a historically inclusive, friendly, nightlife hub in Fresno, symbolic of more than just a really old building that stands very tall among the other Tower District buildings, it’s the spot where Pride Parade stops and starts and it has hosted the Reel Pride Film Festival for decades now—Tower Theatre is also an icon of LGBTQIA civil rights in Fresno, and the diversity of people in Tower spans class, race, gender, sexuality; Tower Theatre is in the one single most diverse and inclusive neighborhood in Fresno and that is what it symbolizes: equality, equity, love.
It’s also a story about right wing agitators and harassment, of weekly Sunday rallies by the LGBTQIA community, allies, and Tower District residents, of Officer Fitzgerald, the cop with Fresno PD seen participating in the harassment of LGBTQIA activists at their Sunday rallies while off duty and was revealed to be an extremist proud boy, punisher cosplayer, kids’ ‘mentor’, and founder of a militia-esque Sons of 1776 right wing group.
Leftists and BIPOC in Fresno have long known that there was one overtly fascist far right cop serving on the Fresno pd. At a livestream event held in downtown Fresno back in January 2020, a livestream was uploaded to facebook showing a low resolution livestream of a group of proud boys with at least one man in an American Guard hoodie, chatting with and embracing a Fresno police officer in full uniform (the star on the upper arm is visible at times). While it is very low res, the livestreamer follows the man hugging the far right people and then walking to the fresno squad car. He then gets inside, does a U-turn, slows down near the livestreamer as she gets closer, and turns on his siren lights before speeding off. It is obvious a member of law enforcement spent quite a lot of time on the side being friendly with the Proud Boys and American Guard before walking to, entering, and driving his squad car. https://youtu.be/y7vxG_4nPyo [livestream copyrights acquired by United Leftist Coalition from original livestreamer]

Content warning: contains justification of capitol attack, and encouragement for repeated attacks against those who oppose the attacks and/or the the employment of James Hoak as Sierra Unifed School District board of Trustees member *(18 minutes and on) "[Samantha]: you guys are all subject to what's going on. And if you don't think that they're coming for you-they're coming for you.")
#JamesHoak was elected to the school board of trustees for Sierra unified in CA recently and attended / was approving of the attack on the Capitol during the January attack. Not surprising to Latinx people in Fresno, CA--quite a bit aways from the Sierra Foothills, yet Fresnans are oddly the people closest to Hoak's radical politically ideologies--a frequent agitator and disrupter of cultural events and non-cultural political events in Fresno, CA, he was seen to be advocating for and explaining the actions of a mob of MAGA attackers beating police with sticks/metal pipes/etc during his zoomed in 'reporting' of events on his now deleted video *video here:

More about Hoak here: https://abc30.com/sierra-unified-capitol-protest.../9570956/
JamesHoak, #capitol attendee and trustee of the #sierraunifiedschooldistrict is no stranger to immigrant rights activists in Fresno. Traveling from his home city, where he is now a #SierraUnified school district trustee, he was a frequent MAGA livestreamer known to antagonize, disrupt, and livestream the faces and personal identities of local immigrant rights activists in Fresno.
Going as far back as 2018, as seen in this video, James Hoak would use inflammatory language against #immigrants and was one of a group of #proudboys from the #centralvalley who were listed during this news story on a pro-migrant caravan rally (crashed by proud boys, including James Hoak) as a "self-proclaimed" Nationalist (a common dog whistle for white supremacists who believe in an ethno-state of Whites only).
Hoak can be seen being interviewed in this local news story from 2018 around the 30 second mark, his name clearly visible, and the reporter quotes them at the end saying they are nationalists.

Mayday cultural event personal livestream where Mr. Hoak is seen mid-video up close to be livestreaming immigrant people's face before organized activist Latinx members approach and block his view of immigrant bystanders. Host takes the video, host is not affiliated with the event--this was supposed to be a cultural dance and music event celebrating workers for mayday. This event was not political, it was a cultural dance/music event that quickly soured after MAGA hats appeared and began to film an elderly lady in a veil sitting alone on a cement bench that is seen at the start. Towards the end, Host sent a proxy to film up close to the MAGA hats, and James Hoak is clearly the one in the blue shirt. Please skip towards the end to see the blue shirt up close for identification purposes. Thank you. host.

Racist slumlords in the 1980's through today, and my childhood, low-income, poc, gang neighborhood.Marxist professors will NOT hate you just because you are White. The legacy of POC leftist political education on America is a legacy we must remember and maintain.REFERENCESBaugh, J. After briefly talking about electoralism, I go into why I think art is essential for activism; it serves as a vent for the overburdened activist to get some respite from the grave and troubling issues they deal with on a daily. The title is a quote from anarchist Emma Goldman, "If I can't dance, I don't want to be a part of your revolution." That is pretty much the theme of the podcast for today.
I chat about Asco, the Chicano art collective from decades ago that fought gentrification by tagging a museum that refused to show Latinx artists. I discuss the pain of activism and why having a creative expression is important--it anchors our anger at the current situation to a future of hope and change. If there be a curriculum for activism, it needs at least a one separate book on activism and art as a form of both self-care and activism in action.

For this podcast, I will be talking to a man who alleges he was falsely accused of being in a gang. Sadly, this is not uncommon, as the ACLU has found. Several cities in America have already banned gang injunctions in the courts due to unconstitutionality and civil rights violations. Not so in Fresno, where half the city feels unfairly profiled and targeted for gang injunctions (South of Shaw) and the other half feels that the cries of racial profiling, false allegations, and excessive force coming from the South of Shaw do NOT outweigh their perceived benefits of gang injunctions, and want to continue to use gang injunctions. Olivier, a libertarian-leaning Republican, said Beware was like something out of a dystopian science fiction novel and asked Dyer a simple question: “Could you run my threat level now?” Dyer agreed. The scan returned Olivier as a green, but his home came back as a yellow, possibly because of someone who previously lived at his address, a police official said. “Even though it’s not me that’s the yellow guy, your officers are going to treat whoever comes out of that house in his boxer shorts as the yellow guy,” Olivier said. “That may not be fair to me.” He added later: “[Beware] has failed right here with a council member as the example.”” [2016]

Today on Radio Free Fresno, the host asks questions about how we can keep our community safe if there is little transparency for those being detained. Particularly, we should reinstate video conferencing visitation rights for inmates in the Fresno County Jail. Host also talks about the homeless in Fresno being forced to move around south Fresno as Fresno police do sweeps on their encampments in the middle of the Corona virus outbreak. Also, more on Four Thieves Vinegar, including what a main rep for them advised Fresno can do to help the homeless stay healthy.
