The front of the hips runs the conception vessels that creates the sea of energy of the yin and the back of the hips is the governor’s vessel of the Yang. Our constitution is based on the genetic and ancestral relationships of balancing the yin and the yang, so we can find the flexibility and sensitivity to move through whatever life hands to us. The energetic center of the knee is the mother, the root, the foundation, and the bonds of all virtues. The humility that we expressed by irritation of too much Yang or trembles from fear of lack of self-esteem in the yin. The two points that expressed in our sense of balance, strength, and stillness are Stomach meridian of #36 and the Urinary Bladder of #54. Both points ask us to walk with strength, find the balance point of being centered, and learn to be stable in who we are (take out the garbage and water the plants).

The pillar of the ankle is the driving force to motivate, give us a reason to drive to another state of being, or thrive to another level to be our best expression of our soul. Here is a story of a boy who took a step outside his comfort zone to discover who he is, and what it took to find strength, peace, love, and joy. These are the foundations of the state of wholeness. When we are grounded in who we are, then we are able to understand our state of connection inwardly and outwardly with the Universe.

Some events comes in same characteristics, but different costumes, same moral lessons need to experience, but, in different space of time. When we are young we see things in colors and life as beautiful as the bubbles blowing in the wind. As we get older and wiser, we see things through different hues with wisdom and same lessons mastered with much more depth about the good over evil, and facing our shadows we must in order to master our light. Mulla Nasrudin was a Sufi scholar, mystic, and holder of secrets. This episode follow Mula famous quotes ‘ I am the upside down to Life”. Here I took a twist to the upside down to Learning about Happiness. It is mind bending, soul twisting, spirit flexing, and thought provoking process that make you ponder “all I need is time”… what are we in pursuit of happiness, like in the statement of Declaration of Independence if we not understanding the now to know thyself? Know self… no others; Know wholeness .. no disease…Know happiness … no time. ..
The Art of happiness is based on the Tibetan Buddhism in drawing the innermost self to express the types of happiness. The levels happiness begin from sensory, mental, karma, and to compassion levels that we can attain personal satisfaction of happiness. Here in this episode, I shared the scales of happiness based on internal factors & external factors in our perceptions and attitudes towards being happy.
