Much like with traditional investments there will be financial advisors whom do not want to be responsible for managing their clients' cryptoasset portfolios. Investment selection, asset allocation, and ongoing portfolio management may not be where advisors want to spend their time and they lean on TAMPs and model portfolios to guide their investment decisions. WisdomTree was one of the early movers on crypto and has partnered with Onramp Invest to empower financial advisors with model portfolios that include cryptoassets. I'm joined by Jeremy Schwartz and Matt Kress to discuss why WisdomTree sought to add cryptoassets to their model portfolios, the research they relied on when building the portfolios, what they are seeing in their discussions with financial advisors, and more.
This episode is extremely important for financial advisors. Jack Butcher is one of my favorite creators. In addition to the great work he does with his company Visualize Value, he is also constantly dropping tons of gems on his podcast Not Investment Advice about web3, NFTs, crypto, and the future of the internet. His perspective on why the space is growing so quickly and the opportunities for the future is invaluable to advisors to get a better understanding of why the crypto space is not going away. As excited as I was to talk crypto and NFTs with him, the end of our conversation about what he wants from a financial advisor was amazing. I'm going to get him back on so we can dive deeper into how the advisor-client relationship is going to evolve.
The NFT space continues to gain attention and Corey Hoffstein, the CIO of Newfound Research, has been researching and exposing himself to the asset class. Corey is able to provide a unique balance of quantitative perspective with the real-life experience of NFTs, DeFi, and crypto. In this episode, we discuss the opportunities Corey sees in the space and what he's learned from his hands-on education. Be sure to continue to follow Corey on his show Pirates Of Finance.
Financial advisors are always looking for new and innovative ways to communicate with clients and prospective clients. Emily Binder, founder of WealthVoice, has been ahead of the curve when it comes to voice technology and she shares how FA's can leverage voice technology in their marketing and communication strategies.
In the first real episode of the revamped Advisor Of Tomorrow Podcast, I'm joined by Odaro Aisueni, a rising star in the financial planning community. We have a great conversation about his journey to becoming a financial advisor, his time at Texas Tech, and how that shaped him as an advisor, landing at Plancorp and what they do right for young advisors, and where he thinks the profession is going. Be sure to stay with the conversation to the end because there is a special treat!
After a short hiatus, I'm back and we're going to pick up where we last left off. In this short episode, I share what I've been up to at Onramp Invest, some exciting changes at RLS Wealth, and what you can expect from the podcast going forward. It's good to be back!

A tweet by Ryan Shanks regarding the TD Ameritrade and Schwab deal sparked this conversation amongst 6 of us coming from different areas within our profession. In this episode, I'm joined by Penny Phillips, Leighann Miko, Manish Khatta, Jason Wenk, and Ryan Shanks to discuss what might be in store for smaller financial advisors and what options are out there. Bigger isn't always better and "smaller" will survive!

Inspired by a tweet, this conversation brings together financial advisor Jess Bost, Jude Boudreaux, CFP®, and Dr. Joy Lere to talk about the discomfort many financial advisors have around "selling". We discuss how to overcome this feeling, position yourself beyond a salesperson, and establish relationships that have nothing to do with selling.
With more financial advisors stepping out to tell their stories, I felt it was time to bring in one of the first advisors to leverage personal branding to grow her business. Brittney Castro, CFP® founder of Financially Wise, Inc. joins me to talk about how she was able to leverage her brand to grow her financial planning business, build partnerships with large brands, and have fun while building her empire. Be sure to have a pen and paper handy--Brittney shares some great tips and a lot of wisdom!
For my first solo podcast, I share why I think it's time for financial advisors to take control of the narrative around our profession and why I'm so passionate about using content to improve our reputation.
Financial advisors bear not only the stress from their own lives but their clients' stress as well. We've all been reminded of this in 2020 and we're learning it's important for financial advisors to take care of themselves in order to be able to best help their clients. Dr. Joy Lere joins me in this episode to discuss how financial advisors can identify if they are handling stress well, what they can do to improves, and why they should put their oxygen masks on first.
Join me for a bonus episode with my friend, and fellow advisor, Isaiah Douglass, CFP® as we discuss why financial advisors should be paying attention to bitcoin. Isaiah has been vocal about the importance of advisors being able to discuss bitcoin with clients, where it has a place in a portfolio, and that the future for financial advisors will include bitcoin. This episode is more of a conversation as we talk through what we've learned and the opinions we've formed.
