Dr Deb's podcasts caught me by surprise!. So much different, enlightening and refreshing from everything else I tried! Over time I began to understand what it meant to have a relationship with food and how my thoughts were creating my results, especially the results I did not want. She provided a perspective that made me think, reflect and plan my actions. I now know I never need to "diet" ever again! Peggy K.
