I liked the advice in this episode a lot, but as a man it felt like I wasn't supposed to be listening...there are references to women being coached but it doesn't seem like men are the target audience, and I wish this podcast felt a little more inclusive for guys like me trying to work through their attachment insecurities.

Not a fan of using the whole episode to plug your program. I'm already tired of skipping the first 3 mins of that every time. That I understand. That's how you truly help people (and make money lol). Yay for the skip button. see you on the next one :)
