They were actually clues from the Universe about your soul's calling, about the path you should take, and about what exactly you should say 'yes' and 'no' to. Would you pause long enough to examine what these synergies could mean? Would you follow your intuition and this divine guidance or would you simply brush it aside and ‘ignore all of the signs’? The Sh*t's About to Get Crazy podcast where Cassandra and her guests take a deep dive into the many synchronicities life has to offer.

In this podcast episode, Cassandra goes back to a topic she spoke with Meg about last week, and that topic surrounds food and using food and plants as medicine. Cassandra is a huge fan of plant medicine, it’s involved in her day to day life. Now, usually when talking about plant medicine, psychedelics are usually what comes to mind. However, Cassandra wants to talk about using nature’s food as plant medicine. After having her most recent baby, Cassandra has really started to look at food in a different light. Growing up, we were always taught that there was ‘good food’ and that there is ‘bad food’. Good food being things that are veggies, and things low in fat. And bad things are higher in fat and calories. She wants to flip that script and start looking at food in a healing vs delayed healing aspect. Will this food help heal my body or will it delay the healing? It’s now that Cassandra has started teaching her own children about food, and teaching them that food is a source of energy, vitamins, minerals… AND that we do get satisfaction out of food, and that’s okay!Come on in. Listen as Cassandra talks about how she went through different food aspects, diets, to now focusing more on healing and delayed healing. Know you’re not alone and there are many others just like you.Key Points:Good food vs Bad foodHealing food vs Delayed healing foodNature’s food as medicine Tweetable quotes:“I truly believe that there is something in nature to heal almost any ailment.” - Cassandra“We are taught in our younger years that there is good food and bad food.” - Cassandra“There is no good vs bad. Every single thing that we put in our body, both positive and negative, can either help heal the body, or will delay healing.” - Cassandra
In this podcast episode, Cassandra meets with Meg Pearson. Meg talks about how she came from a small town in Ontario to how she is now living in Costa Rica as a thriving mother and business owner. Through her traumas, to not following the family profession, she talks about how she went through so much, and how it shaped who she is today. Cassandra prompts a conversation about how Meg knew things in her life needed to change. Meg recounts the traumas she went through, quitting her job, losing her father… how all of this played a huge part in her realizing she is not the person she was destined to become. With this in mind, Meg decided to turn to yoga. At first, she did it to find ways to better her body, and ‘sweat off the weight’... but it soon turned into so much more for her. Diving head first into the raw food world, she started hosting culinary classes, writing articles, and really teaching people the impact that diet has on their body.Cassandra and Meg talk about how our identities are so wrapped up in food pieces. How food defines so much of us, without us even realizing it. From the way we were brought up, to how we were spoken to about food, to the things we hear our family, friends, or parents talk about… Meg explains that these instances stay with us for the rest of our lives and are part of our soul.Moving the conversation to parenting, Cassandra asks Meg how her lifestyle has changed her parenting style. The main thing Meg talks about with Cassandra is making sure that her child feels like they are the one making choices for themselves, and that Meg’s trauma’s as a child aren’t pushed onto her child. Reparenting herself and constantly auditing her actions and reactions to behavior, has become something Meg does daily.Come join us and listen as we take a journey of food, family, and other spiritual aspects of life with Cassandra and Meg.Key Points:Reparenting and Auditing Reactions to BehaviorSpiritual Bypass vs ExtractionHow Childhood Trauma’s Shape Us How Food Plays a Large Part of our LifeLinks:IG: https://www.instagram.com/alignedaffluence/Website: https://www.meghanpearson.ca/
In this podcast episode, Cassandra goes back to a topic she spoke with Liz about last week, and that topic is conscious parenting. She explains that the use of the word conscious parenting would mean that we would need to believe there are unconscious parents, and this has a very negative connotation. Cassandra is a firm believer, either positive or negative, all of us are doing the best with what we are given, worked through and healed through. She believes parents can find themselves falling into a rut of repeating the errors of previous life experiences, might those be conscious or unconscious life choices. We need to dissect our programming and look under the hood. We don’t know any better than what we were taught. It’s how we were set since childhood. No matter the amount of healing and therapy, even Cassandra has triggers from her childhood that she is still working through with her children. And that’s okay. Reparenting of ourselves through our children is a great way to work through those triggers and pause before reacting.Come on in. Listen as Cassandra talks about herself and her parenting. Know you’re not alone and there are many other parents just like you.Key Points:Working through your own self detachmentParenting is hardChildhood triggers and how they affect us now Where can you exercise getting yourself out of fight or flight?Tweetable quotes:“Parenting is f*cking hard. Parenting without a model and without someone who could have taught you some of the right things to do is especially hard.” - Cassandra
In this podcast episode, Cassandra meets with Liz Zamorski and they discuss everything from spouses, to parenting, to corporate business. Liz mentions how she went from being born and raised in the US and working as a corporate lawyer to how she is now living in Sweden with her husband and daughter with her very own psychic business.Going from burnout and feeling physically uncomfortable at her corporate job, she talks about the pivotal moments in her spiritual awakenings while she was off the grid in Thailand. She knew it was time to transition. Her whole body knew it was time to transition, everything felt like a copy of a copy.Liz started by simply walking through the woods near her home in Sweden. She immediately felt a connection to the nature around her. Noticing everything from a little tree frog and what the people around her were carrying with them. For the first time, she felt she could truly pause and just listen. She then started recording anything and everything that she noticed, and later would google to figure out what those things meant. This is what led her to start offering her family and close friends readings. She then started tarot card readings on multiple social media platforms. Liz went from corporate worker to light worker overnight. What does all of this look like from a family point of view? Liz and Cassandra speak about what it’s like to have a partner who isn’t necessarily on the same spiritual level. How they work through that, and how they still offer assistance and hold that space without having an expectation. This is something that is not talked about enough, and Cassandra is excited to touch on this topic in her podcast.Cassandra also speaks to Liz about conscious parenting and how the parenting journey has changed for her through her spiritual journey. How do you foster a kid’s imagination while also keeping them safe and providing well established boundaries?  Tune in today!Key Points:Corporate to Light WorkerBreaking the cycle of parentingTruly allow yourself to pause Conscious parentingTweetable quotes:“What lights me up? In this podcast episode, Cassandra talks about finding your own medium to express your soul’s purpose. Everyone has been given a purpose. Everyone was given a certain medium to help them move on to their next level of the season they’re in. You included.Cassandra loves art. She loves all aspects of art, but that doesn’t mean it’s her medium. We all have a lot of passions… a lot of things that we LOVE, that light us up… but that doesn’t mean that they are meant for me. It doesn’t mean they’re meant to be my medium. And that’s totally okay! You’re allowed to have these things in life. The difference, Cassandra explains, is that love and passion are very surface. In order to find your true medium… your true purpose… we need to dig deeper.Cassandra explains in just a few simple steps and questions, the way you can differentiate a passion or love, with your soul’s purpose. Your true medium. What the fuck is your soul’s purpose? How do I find my medium?Or maybe you haven’t quite gotten to the point where you have found your soul’s purpose yet. That’s okay too, Cassandra is more than capable of helping you.Let Cassandra dive deep with you in discovering your soul’s purpose. And it will cost you absolutely nothing. “New Year, New You?”  Hardly!  In this podcast Cassandra examines the pitfalls associated with New Year Resolutions along with the longtime struggles people have with little self-motivating energies.  What is that?  Purpose.  Our energies are derived from our soul’s purpose.  This is why when we ask things of ourselves (such as resolutions) that are not in alignment with our soul’s purpose, we rarely find success in those pursuits.  Many resolutions are made on December 31st with hardly any reflection or preparation.  If a great change within your life is to unfold, it’s probably prudent to begin planning for that change earlier than the night before. So how does change occur?  Embodiment.  Embodiment is the key to unlocking the transformation puzzle.  It helps with flow, manifestation, and a host of other foundations that help promote meaningful change.  NOT following community-oriented trends that leave us feeling empty and simply “going with the flow” in order to keep up with the Jones.  Perhaps 2022 shouldn’t be focused on the goal of working out.  Perhaps it would be better spent on mental health.   Maybe this isn’t the year to find that special someone, but rather focus on strengthening what makes you, you.  Cassandra continues with the podcast by examining how to realistically fulfill one particular popular resolution.  How achieving that goal is something that is realistic, measurable, and provides betterment within her life and a timetable for  stages of success.Finishing up the podcast, Cassandra teases her 2022 program:  Hustle to Healing.  This is a 5-month program focusing on helping entrepreneurs and professionals alike attain greater awareness of self-understanding and achieving the goals they feel aligned with pursuing. So tune in!  You might just learn some of the techniques for achieving success in keeping those resolutions.  Here’s to 2022!Key Points:How empty the “New Year, New You” mantra actually isThe benefits of self-motivating energiesKeys to unlocking the transformation puzzleHow a soul’s aligned purpose dictates our success or failureCassandra teases her 2022 program:  Hustle To Healing

Unraveling a journey from corporate to entrepreneurial and spiritual endeavor is an essential topic discussed in today’s podcast. Cassandra will give you a glimpse of life situations about unraveling.Cassandra thought of different ways to unravel from her previous podcast with Dmitria. And she is always asked, like, you know, is there a proper way? Is there a right way to do it? Like, how did you do it?Cassandra shares a little backstory on how she unraveled the pieces in her life. She was in the corporate and was working at one, quote, toxic job after another. At first, everything looked phenomenal. It was great salary, benefits, team, structure, and company. Then, however, she saw a lot of misogyny which she didn’t want to subscribe to.Things get more and more frustrated with everything that was going on. Her own health even became a problem. It started with gluten intolerance and moved over to a Hashimotos base protocol. Finally, she got to the point of frustration, where literally one day she walked in, and she was done. She got to the level of frustration where she could no longer handle it as there was no income to replace, and she didn’t want to focus and face it. So, that was her kind of journey out. So, Cassandra had to hustle and figure out all those things once she was out.Cassandra believes that humans have this need and desire for safety.  But with the concept of severe trauma, some people find it hard that they’re not going to do or not want to do to unravel. So what she did is create six things to slowly unravel whether you are in a corporate or in another business, or both.In this podcast, Cassandra will talk about strategically releasing responsibilities, defining the minimums, working towards realistic minimums, and the limited idea of unlimited hustling. She will highlight here why working beyond the average hours and pouring all your energy to working multiple jobs are not ideal for long-term sustainability. Now sit comfortably and listen in!Key points:Figure out why unraveling is important to you.Get clear of what work and life balance means to you.Prioritize what’s important to you.Let go of trying to work and do it all.Simplify your life.Tweetable Quotes:“Overwork should have a kind of a short expiration date on it. Because if it doesn't, it becomes more of a life cycle and lifestyle.” - Cassandra Shuck“I think hustle for a particular season or a particular strategic event makes ascent makes total sense. On the other hand, I kind of sway away from it and disagree with it when it comes to long-term sustainability.” - Cassandra Shuck“Where can you still have some connection time with the relationships in your life to avoid that adrenal fatigue of just go, go, go, go while unraveling one thing and trying to stand up another?” - Cassandra Shuck

It will definitely be a life-changing experience.” – Dmitria Burya“When we remember, we tend to remember from the last time we recall an instance. We don’t recall from the first instance. Recently, there has been a lot of conversation about finding out your gifts, and Cassandra Shuck has been hearing from different people seeking to know what their gifts are. They particularly want to know to discover their gifts and use them in their lives. So how do we do that?First of all, Cassandra thinks that it’s important that we have these conversations in light of the idea of different questions to ask ourselves. Some questions Cassandra recommends finding out what your gifts include:1) If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?For her, it’s about changing the metric for women entrepreneurs to have the money that not only they deserve but could actually turn around and create an impact on their lives.2) What do you understand more about people?Cassandra shares that she understands the animals so well. She has some people that she worked with that understand, kind of uncovering their meaning and really digging down deep in their story so well. 3) What bores you or makes you feel tired, or makes you feel forced into doing it?For Cassandra, she loves the process of dissecting people's businesses, getting into their heads, getting into their mindset, seeing what makes them tick, seeing what makes their clients convert getting their client’s heads in space. But for her, it's the process that she loves. It's not necessarily the outcome. 4) What is it that brings you joy? What is it that brings you the most satisfaction? Cassandra asks here what satisfies you at a deep soul level. She’s not just talking temporarily but deep soul-level gratification.  Identifying what drives us the most is a major component of gift identification.5) What is the happiest day of your life? She’s not talking about the time she met her spouse or time she got married or met her partner or whatever the case may be, you’ve had a baby. Cassandra thinks of deeper than milestones. Like how do you live that out? What is it that you're doing? Where is it that you're going? Are you traveling? Are you staying still? Are you reading? What is the happiest day of your life? 6) What values do you have that you are not willing to compromise on? So often get into business because we're not willing to compromise on a value that we find out only later on in the business. So we have to bend; we have to compromise; we have to shift. Do you want to know more?Start believing, digging, and uncovering what your gift is by listening to our podcast below!Key points:Rediscover your passion.Motivate yourself to get your day-to-day tasks done.Want to have personal and professional growth.Achieve results.Share knowledge, experiences, skills, and talents with others out there.Tweetable quotes:“I'm aware of my value levels so that I'm able to create these boundaries from protection and from a love perspective.” - Cassandra Shuck“I believe that everyone has something true to themselves that they understand.” - Cassandra Shuck“I love the fact that my clients are making money and their businesses are growing, and they're getting to live out what their true dharma is.” - Cassandra Shuck“I am not willing to compromise my time with family. It's just a non-negotiable for me.” - Cassandra Shuck
Starting her career as a chiropractor, Dr. Angela Martin-King loves analyzing how animals move, the manner that the bones work inside a body and know how things are built from the inside out. So it was a no-brainer for her to move into the science field and help people heal because she had many instinctual gifts to offer.Sharing her experience as an “animal whisperer,” Angela talks about animals being a lot more fun than humans as they don’t extract the energy out of you. Also, compared with humans, animals get better faster, and you get rewarded more than once. But just like so many spiritual and Pathak people, Angela was hit by a major burnout and had to learn new ways to heal herself. And so, after years of experiencing deep and rapid healing, she becomes a spiritual awakening catalyst, a chiropractic doctor, and a soul-fire practitioner! Calling herself a healed healer, this becomes her starting point to help others achieve extraordinary results in their lives. As Dr. Angela explains in her podcast, she emphasizes that if the unconscious mind is cluttered with misbeliefs and old things that you were told not to do, accessing the gifts can become difficult. People have to clear out of the unconscious mind and limitations that are crowding out that gift because trying to access something through fear or desperation can be even more challenging. She insists that it doesn’t work like that when talking about real, spiritual, and unique gifts. (More information about these gifts are discussed in her podcast)Talking about mosaic analogy, she realizes that when we get into the multi-dimensional space, we see different facets of who we are all wrapped together to create a beautiful, multifaceted soul. Figuring out how amazing it makes her love the spiritual work even more!Sit down and relax as you listen to the therapeutic podcast of Dr. Angela Martin-King!Key Points:Gain awareness about your dreams, fears, and assumptions.Envision reality without compromiseDefine what fulfillment looks like.Shift to an empowered mindset and perspective.Design your own terms happiness and success. Tweetable Quotes:“Let’s connect with our youngsters’ gifts and believe in them as long as possible without even doubting them.” - Dr. Angela Martin-King“Before we are created, we are the dark. We are also the rich dark soil. And the darkness actually holds the most power for you to create light from.” - Dr. Angela Martin-KingUseful Links:Dr. Angela Martin-King
In a way, all of us are time travelers. If we just pause and close our eyes, we can wander back to our childhood dreams, our failures, and all our first and best experiences that went on forever. But how can we make these thoughts and feelings work for us, and what can we learn from them?In this podcast, Cassandra discusses how, when, and why you can get quiet enough in your life to start connecting the dots and realize how everything makes so much sense. She emphasizes that the roadmap and the blueprint have always been there. However, Cassandra admits that things can be really hard in the moment, especially when talking about bad stories. We can get stuck in the victim mode. This isn’t really negative; this just proves to be human and how we naturally progress from time to time.  Cassandra stresses that we truly begin living when we cast aside victim mentality and truly become masters of our own lives. As the podcast continues, Cassandra mentions labeling our thoughts and emotions. She believes that doing this allows us to see the real issue at hand and accept it. Some things may be messier than others, but labeling them clearly can help build a roadmap to address the problem.Nostalgic work as it may seem,  Cassandra recognizes that pulling the past forward to the present and labeling them can help to energize, move forward, and take on new challenges and opportunities life has to offer. Now, sit back, relax, and listen in!Keypoints:Acknowledge the feelings.Give a deeper understanding of what happened in your past.Learn how to label your emotions to reduce physiological distressBring your reaction under control.Discover the possibilities for what to do next.Cast aside victimhood and be your own champion.Tweetables:“Start looking at our paths, looking at how they intertwine, and looking at the labels that we assign them because everything is neither good nor bad. It has to do with the label we assign them.” - Cassandra Shuck“We are no longer taking things that someone passed to us and just accepting them as fact. But we are creating our own facts, and that's the blueprint of our life.” - Cassandra Shuck“Taking radical responsibility and what your life looks like are scary and uncomfortable as shit. But guess what, this is what we're meant to do.” - Cassandra Shuck

She admits knowledge of sex education as a kid was limited to abstinence. She felt she had little understanding of boundaries, no consent, and felt trapped in doing whatever other people wanted, which left her many scars and substantial sexual trauma. Why spend so much time worrying about signs from the universe when we have our own internal stop light within us?  In today’s solo podcast, Cassandra examines what exactly it means to be in touch with your gut.  Being in tune with our inner voice can lead to powerful moments of change.  It is that voice in our bodies telling us to take an alternative route to work or to skip coffee that morning.  Whether it be a subtle whisper or a loud protest, that’s our gut and the more we listen to it, the greater we find ourselves living out our lives in alignment with the universe.Cassandra reflects upon several life experiences when trusting her gut helped to overcome longtime fears and obstacles.  In one instance, listening to her gut helped to dispel a decades-long fear of swimming in the ocean.  In doing so, “going with gut” helped provide a degree of tremendous personal growth.Growth & change.  That’s ultimately what we as people are tasked with facing on a daily basis.  Try to find an accountability partner to join you in listening to your gut.  Often, it is the resistance to those changes, and NOT the changes themselves, that can do the most harm to us.  So take that leap and listen to today’s podcast.Key Points From This Episode:Listening to your gut can help guide you to opportunities of growth.Often, the greatest harm comes from resistance to change rather than embracing it.Fear and distrust can factor greatly in preventing us from living fulfilling lives. The ocean isn’t as dangerous as one might make it out to be.Consider finding an accountability partner to help you when listening to your gut.
Coincidences, synchronicities, synergies aren’t always worked by the universe, oftentimes it’s you embodying it. Today’s guest, Monica Canducci, believes in a much bigger picture than coincidences, where alignment and reflections are key players.  Monica’s work revolves around activations - the mind and body connection. She is an author, Embodied Spirituality teacher, and Transformational Life Coach. To add, she is also the creator of the Move-In Mind™ method and of The Sacred Body™ Program. From her spiritual teachers and healers, she passes on her knowledge through videos, audios, or whatever platform to help women in their life transitions. The coaching space has so many buzzwords like manifestation, alignment, abundance that you seem to be talked about in one perspective, but Monica shifts us to another perspective which is the embodiment perspective. Monica shares with us her experiences the very first time she showed interest in the line of work she’s in today. Back in the days, she was also a performer, an artist, we hear the significant experiences she had during those times. Further into the episode, Monica and Cassandra dive deeper into embodiment and its importance. Disclaimer: No Uranuses were hated on during this episode. Curious what this is about?
