in his discussion on chapters 1 & 2, I find that chapter 2 is more of a detailed description of what actually happened on Day 6 and as for the animals, God did not need to make all of them in the garden. Just because you may have a coin & a paper dollar does not mean you started out with all the money and then distributed the rest after you sorted it out from what you had from the day before. (I hope that makes sense) BTW, Day 6 does have an order, animals then man, it's in the reading of the Days of Creation; chapter 2 is Day 6. But that is my opinion
