Stephanie and I sit down with Meredith Siget to discuss mental health in school systems, red flags in relationships and how connection is the key to supporting our fellow humans.
As the first installment to a new season of the podcast, we will be showcasing LGBTQ+ creator life stories and experiences. Here, Bunky shares her story as a cancer conqueror, her addiction to sex and external validation. How all the trials and tribulations ultimately propelled her into spirituality, healing and self love.

Today's episode is brought to us by a listener question which was "Should I wait until I'm completely healed before dating again?". I didn't really feel I could do this question justice so I connected with Anna Keller a mental health counselor/therapist and fellow podcaster to discuss the question of healing and dating.

This is a weird topic for me I can't say that I have ever forgiven but I want to bring a different perspective as always to the topic of forgiveness. No one person's way to live is right or wrong but I am fascinated by the thought processes and feelings of others!

This episode is for a listener who asked us "How do I have a healthy/happy relationship and enforce my boundaries when my partner has mental illness". Now this question was a follow up from the episode titled "Secrets" To A "Perfect" Relationship. So hopefully in this episode I can bring a different perspective to our listeners question using my own experience dealing with my mental illness as well as my wife who struggles with mental illness. As always my goal is not to tell anyone what they should or shouldn't do, but to offer a different perspective that will lead you to your own conclusions and understanding. Sending love and light as always! PEACE.

In this episode we answer a question from a listener who wants to know how they can transition and have acceptance from their family. I really want to shift that perspective, although its possible to have acceptance this unfortunately isn't always the case. So instead I think the question needs to be how detrimental to your happiness is it to not be authentically you. Are you willing to continue down your path even though there is a high probability of losing the people you care about? I try to tackle a lot in this episode but as always if there is something I missed or you need clarification on please reach out to me!

I'm back I know it's been several weeks since I last posted an episode but I'm back! I have and always will be an advocate for being mentally and emotionally tough. Not allowing our circumstances to determine what we will do with the time we have. So what better way to return than to return with an episode about productivity during these difficult times where mental illness is at an all time high (as if it wasn't an issue already). I hope through my experience and my advice on productivity while having mental illness can help you in this strange journey. Love and peace always.. ******** Become A Supporter Of The Podcast******** https://anchor.fm/micah-roldan/support
In this episode I wanted to talk about how bonds and community can be cultivated in anyone. It doesn’t have to be your blood relatives for them to be your “tribe” or basically your family. The high value we place on titles in our life and hopefully be encouraging to someone out there who feels lonely. Who feels they have to deal with toxic people to have love an community. Be strong, walk away and build new relationships. My website shop the t-shirts etc: Https://realisticallyfreep.wixsite.com/real
