Taking supplements can feel like getting your car serviced at a new garage. . You’re spending money but not really sure if you’re being ripped off. . Fillers, caking agents, poor quality or low dosage of active ingredients. . Are the supplements you’re taking appropriate or are you following the crowd? . Do you even bother taking supplements? . Last weeks guest episode was a brilliant Conversation with Mark Hamilton of the Little Supplement Company. . With 30 years experience from personal training to the supplement industry he knows supps inside out and he’s passionate about sharing his knowledge. . Helping people to make more informed choices for better training and health outcomes Whilst lots of people talk about supplements few people know individual brands better than Mark does and why you should be careful where you spend your money. I first come across his content a year ago and that convinced me to choose my brands a little more carefully instead of looking for cheap. He manages to do this without suggesting we all should rush out and buy everything from him. We covered the foundational basics that most people should consider whether the goal is fitness and longevity, physique or fat loss plus some stuff Ive never came across. Massive thanks to Mark for being the first guest that I didn’t already know personally.
