Today’s topic is one that can be a point of contention across the board of high achievers. It’s the idea that the worst time to look for a new job is when you’re unhappy. Sometimes, we allow our negative thoughts to project themselves on our job and feel that the job or environment is the source of the problem. The truth is, happiness comes from within. We convince ourselves that we need to do things to have things to be happy. Wrong! Be happy first.
This week, Tracy takes a difficult topic head-on--something high achievers are often challenged with. It’s the irrational and unproductive fear of what other people think of us. She breaks down why we shouldn’t worry about what people will think if you post on social, or if you speak up at the big meeting, or even if you succeed!

In today’s episode, Tracy goes over two key points that face many high-level successful people. The High Achiever’s Threshold and the Success Wall.
