Description
In Washington, politicians are full of half-truths and hot air. They do little more than grandstanding by spouting off talking points and spin. The Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz is here to help you cut through the rhetoric and noise and explore the politically right way to think about the issues .

Today, I explain how voices in "Con Inc." like Tucker Carlson are completely missing the mark on the Trump administration. While they focus on foreign policy distractions and criticizing Trump for being mean to Islam, a quiet but devastating land-grab is happening right under our noses. I do a deep dive into the generative AI fraud, explaining why the massive data center build-out is not the new Industrial Revolution but rather a threat to our way of life. We explore how this push for AGI is aggressively encroaching on rural areas, driving up local electricity rates, monopolizing critical water usage, and threatening American farmland to build an unsustainable digital surveillance state. There are three fundamental lies about this business model that are now being exposed, yet Trump has surrendered his presidency to Sam Altman.

The next 72 hours will determine the outcome of the war with Iran. Former intelligence officer Mike Pregent joins me to reveal tactical victories, strategic risks, and why Trump's ultimatum is the ultimate make-or-break moment. While the U.S. military secures massive tactical wins — including a spectacular F-15 search and rescue — questions remain about the true strategic objectives in the Middle East. Will the Strait of Hormuz be secured? Can the regime be degraded without engaging in another forever war? Plus I analyze the disastrous oral arguments at the Supreme Court regarding birthright citizenship. Discover why the original constitutional arguments are being ignored, the grave national security implications of anchor-baby policies, and what states must do to push back against judicial overreach.

America’s red-state heartland is under attack — not by foreign enemies, but by a coalition of Big Tech monopolies and establishment RINO politicians. In this urgent episode of the podcast, I expose the massive, taxpayer-subsidized land-grab sweeping across conservative strongholds. Across the country, prime agricultural land is being aggressively rezoned and swallowed up by insolvent AI data centers, sprawling solar arrays, and dystopian wind farms. I’m joined by Wyoming state Rep. Ann Lucas (Freedom Caucus), who reveals how her own state — the historic heartland of the American cowboy and ranching — is being sold out to corporate tech giants. Rep. Lucas breaks down how nondisclosure agreements, special tax abatements, and establishment Republicans are allowing corporations to drain local power grids and water supplies while citizens are left footing the bill with skyrocketing utility rates. Rather than bringing economic prosperity, these land-grabs are a Trojan horse designed to enrich a tech-driven surveillance state while crushing local farmers and ranchers and centralizing America’s land.

Are Americans being systematically pushed out of their own high-skilled professions? From tech to truck driving and now … medicine. In this episode, I’m joined by ENT specialist and medical freedom advocate Dr. Mary Talley Bowden to expose a shocking reality: thousands of qualified American medical students are failing to land residency spots, while taxpayer-funded Medicare programs fill those exact positions with foreign graduates. Why are we funding our own replacements in the medical field? More broadly, I explain exactly why Donald Trump and the GOP are missing the mark by focusing solely on the SAVE Act. If conservatives want to win on the economy and immigration, they must tackle the real threats: birthright citizenship for illegal aliens, the gerrymandering of the U.S. Census, and the mass replacement of the American worker. Plus, a quick update on the Supreme Court's latest 8-1 ruling on gay conversion therapy and a look at what Trump should be doing with the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump and Republicans were handed a historic mandate — and instead of delivering on immigration, inflation, sovereignty, and middle-class priorities, they wasted it on distractions, bad endorsements, corporate welfare, and political nonsense. In this episode, I discuss how the GOP squandered total control, why Republicans are heading toward a brutal electoral backlash, and how the movement lost focus on the very issues voters cared about most. From birthright citizenship and mass deportation failures to state-level GOP dysfunction, AI data center boondoggles, and the coming 2026 political wipeout, this is a blunt look at why the conservative movement keeps losing even when it thinks it wins. I also address the bizarre "cliqueservative" echo chamber of misaligned priorities that lack original thought.

The AI "boom" is a scam that is destroying America’s land, energy, economy, and manufacturing future — while crowding out the AI we actually need. Today, I cut through the "chat slop" to define what AI actually is — and what it isn't. I break down the critical difference between the insolvent, land-destroying pursuit of artificial general intelligence and the real, low-latency "edge computing" that could actually rebuild American manufacturing, revolutionize agriculture, and strengthen our military. Discover why the current AI framework is the new "green energy" scam, how it threatens local zoning and power grids, and why true Austrian economics demands that we pull the plug on these government favors before the bubble bursts. The next tech revolution is the form of AI nobody is discussing. LLM chat slop, on the other hand, is the new mRNA and green energy.

Obamacare was sold as affordable health care. Instead, it gave America higher costs, less freedom, insurance monopolies, hospital consolidation, and endless bureaucracy. I’m joined by health care freedom advocate Twila Brase to mark the grim anniversary of Obamacare and explain how America’s health care system was broken on purpose — and what it would take to fix it. From exploding premiums and denied care to Medicaid distortion, violation of privacy and dignity, private practice collapse, and the rise of corporate medicine, this episode exposes the truth behind why health care in America is more broken than ever. But there is a way out. Twila reveals the ultimate free-market fix: the "Three C's" (cash, catastrophic coverage, and charity). It’s time to defund the middleman, restore price transparency, and take our medical freedom back. Plus, I call out the GOP establishment for abandoning health care in favor of generative AI, data centers, the surveillance state, and corporate handouts.

We are living under a judicial oligarchy, and it’s getting worse, not better. In this episode, I break down the two massive roadblocks destroying any chance at restoring our republic: Judicial supremacism and a GOP acting as controlled opposition. Constitutional law professor Josh Blackman joins the show to expose the dangerous myth that federal judges have absolute, final authority over the executive and legislative branches. He shows how the Supreme Court is out to lunch and why even higher-court victories do not change the landscape. Later, I analyze the brutal reality of recent special elections. Why are Republicans getting crushed with independent voters? And why is Trump acting as a "defeat mechanism" by endorsing liberal, establishment Republicans in state legislatures over proven conservatives? It's time to face the hard truth about the uniparty.

Is the federal government too far gone? In this pivotal episode, I sit down with Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) to discuss why he is leaving Congress to run for Texas attorney general — and why this is undeniably the most important race of the entire election cycle. As the Uniparty continues to surrender ground in Washington, D.C., Chip Roy lays out a fiery, uncompromising blueprint for how the largest red state in America can interpose against federal overreach, secure the border against the next wave of illegal immigration, and fight back against the creeping threat of radical Islam, Antifa, globalist and foreign land-grabs, and DOJ weaponization. Texas is the largest red state, and attorney general is the office that stands at the nexus of the anarcho-tyranny threatening to turn red America into the same hell that has already engulfed blue states.

The 2024 mandate was clear: Stop inflation and secure the border. Instead, the GOP has squandered every leverage point, leaving Americans paying the price. Today, I expose how President Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) have completely mishandled the economy, DHS funding, and the utilization of legislative and budget leverage points. While Democrats manage to fund their priorities with control of zero branches of government, conservatives are left dealing with massive inflation, mass migration, and a surveillance state. I explain how the "America First" agenda was abandoned, how the 2023 House majority was squandered, and why the establishment Right blocked viable alternatives like Ron DeSantis. It is finally time to abandon the uniparty and build a new, independent conservative movement focused on human flourishing and true free markets.

Are we sleepwalking into an economic disaster? I’m joined by economist and energy expert Tracy Shuchart, who breaks down why America's fragile, debt-ridden economy will struggle to sustain a $200 billion war with Iran. We explain why, despite the good intentions of dealing with Iran, the U.S. is not economically prepared for war — and how oil shocks, stagflation, and runaway debt could trigger a financial crisis. Tracy makes the point that we should focus more on oil refineries and pipelines, which are even more important than increased oil drilling. Separately, I tackle how Trump is both retreating on immigration and making the issue unpopular. Also, he is focused on the wrong issues with AI and is more interested in building the surveillance state than a healthy, broad-based economy.

Republicans are failing us on Big Tech, the surveillance state, privacy, land ownership, quality of life, and transhumanism, and they are allowing Democrats to win on those issues. From Meta’s smart glasses with facial recognition to mass surveillance through FISA, flock cameras, and AI data centers, this episode uncovers how privacy, property rights, and human freedom are being eroded in real time. But it goes deeper than politics. This is about the collapse of the free market, the rise of crony capitalism, and how the misuse and gaslighting of generative artificial intelligence is degrading human intelligence, productivity, and quality of life. For the first time, I share my theory on why the free market has broken down thanks to government and stock valuations and how that has led to a generation of new technology resulting in human decline rather than flourishing.

We will never live a prosperous and affordable life unless we end inflationary debt, and we will not end inflationary debt until we deal with the welfare and health care programs. Today I’m joined by Cindy Byrd, the Oklahoma state auditor who is running for lieutenant governor on a platform of ending fraud that is driving inflation in federal programs administered by the states. She exposed the fraud before Nick Shirley exposed the Somali day-care scandal. Byrd is calling for access to all eligibility criteria and for Republicans to have the guts to actually verify and remove those not eligible for these programs. We also discuss a vision for red states on proper land use, economic development that works for the people, cutting education fraud to lower property taxes, and a vision on health care that we desperately need.

At a time of record losses in farming, red-state governments are destroying farmland with solar, wind, carbon capture, data centers, Section 8 overdevelopment, and everything other than what land should be used for. I also discuss how the dumb housing bill and HUD’s obsession with housing supply will culturally gerrymander red states. I’m joined by Indiana state Rep. Andrew Ireland (R), the youngest and most conservative member of the Indiana legislature, who is waging a battle against the forces of special interests gobbling up Indiana’s land. He explains how state Republicans have turned the land into a parking lot for special interests because they prioritize fake GDP numbers over authentic quality of life. We also discuss other challenges to red states like Indiana, such as Republicans lacking the will to combat blue cities, crime, and illegal immigration.

America’s founders never intended the Constitution to become a suicide pact that protects those who openly support our enemies. In this explosive episode, I break down why America’s immigration policies, political leadership, and legal system are failing to confront the growing threat of Islamist ideology inside the United States. I also explain the famous line from Justice Robert Jackson that “the Constitution is not a suicide pact” and why that warning may be more relevant today than ever. This conversation raises one of the most urgent questions facing America today: Can a nation survive if its laws are used against its own survival? I also warn how there is zero plan to deal with the Islamic issue even after the past two weeks of attacks. Trump is focused on the sophistry of the SAVE Act and trying to reauthorize the very FISA program that persecuted him.

The first step to solving the intractable jihadist threat in America is to properly diagnose it. The problem is not ISIS, a handful of “extremists,” or a certain strain of Islam. Islam itself demands that people participate in jihad and Sharia. It’s just that not everyone fully follows the religion. However, the entire infrastructure of mosques in America adhere to the only authentic dogma they have. I’m joined by Danny Burmawi, a Jordanian Muslim convert to Christianity, who warns that Islam is not a religion but a state in itself with some religious practice. He makes the case that while you have freedom to practice religion, you do not have the freedom to promote state activities subversive to America any more than the Chinese communists have a constitutional right to operate facilities on our shores if they called it a religion. We also discuss the need to rigorously denaturalize those engaging in this subversion, including family members of jihadists.

The conservative movement is facing a defining question: What comes after Donald Trump? In this episode, I sit down with State Freedom Caucus Network President Andy Roth to discuss the future of the American Right, the failures of the Republican establishment, and why state-level Freedom Caucus conservatives may be the only path forward. In a very deep discussion, we delve into why the Freedom Caucus is the only long-term strategy beyond Trump, how state Freedom Caucuses are reshaping conservative politics but still face enormous headwinds, and how primaries need to be reformed. Separately, I do a deep dive into how a disastrous new housing bill (HR 6644) will fundamentally alter the housing market, strip local zoning rights, and force unwanted AI data centers and Section 8 housing into deep-red counties. Federal grants will be used to bribe local RINO governments into destroying their own communities.

Former Army intelligence officer Michael Pregent joins me for an urgent, deep dive into the U.S. military's ongoing campaign against Iran. He breaks down the tactical successes of degrading the IRGC, the vital importance of keeping the Strait of Hormuz open, and the critical pitfalls that are looming if we don’t learn from past mistakes. We also discuss the need to remove our worthless military bases in enemy countries that weigh us down and to develop a consistent strategy of alliances and deterrent that won’t negate our efforts in this war. Beyond the Middle East, we connect the dots to the existential threats right here at home — from open borders to domestic terrorism — and expose the dangerous foreign influence of nations like Qatar holding U.S. policy hostage.

Is the Republican Party actually enabling the very policies conservatives oppose? And why is conservative media more offended by Democrats who use the Bible to push their agenda when the GOP quietly does the same thing? In this explosive breakdown, Daniel Horowitz argues that the modern GOP — and its conservative media accomplice — has become a “Trojan horse” for Democrat policies — allowing liberal agendas to advance under a Republican label and getting the base to stand down. I dive into why Republican leaders, including Trump, continue to support policies conservatives would reject if proposed by Democrats and why the real voter fraud is the GOP. Conservative media obsesses about the SAVE Act and voter fraud, but I make the case for why an immigration moratorium should be our No. 1 issue instead of voter fraud. I also preview the Mississippi primaries and show how they are emblematic of why we continue to lose on policy.

There is no sugarcoating this. In light of the rash of “Ramadan” terror attacks in America, the time has come for a complete moratorium on this form of immigration. I make the case for why Trump must use the DHS funding bill for immigration reform and why it’s a bigger deal than the SAVE Act. Next, I’m joined by Krista Schild of the RAIR Foundation, who observes how Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott’s designation of the Muslim Brotherhood in Texas has no teeth in it. The legislature needs to convene a special session. Meanwhile, Islamists with connections to some of the worst terrorists continue to run education facilities and mosques in Texas. Even rural Texas is being colonized with more mosques. This is a do-or-die moment for our civilization. Blue states are gone. Will Texas follow Mamdani’s New York City?

Before 42:41. Great conversation! The guest raises many valid points. I respect his opinion, but disagree slightly with his assessment of the military under 0bama. The 0bama purge of top level Generals, cascaded through the ranks and led to the disheveled 0'biden military as was discussed. It's ironic that the Iranian mullah theocracy is now biding time, waiting on their reliable allies and worshippers in the progressive religion, the #dimocrats, to bail them out. To 46:28 and beyond!
24:24 must keep the #LeftWingLegacyMedia cheerleaders for Iran properly fed.
Yup!
The situation with 0bamassacre, the zer0care unaffordable care act is so sadly pathetic, the only thing left to do is laugh. The guest is well versed in these scummy, scammy, schemes, having a front row seat to the comedy that is the land of 10000 #learing centers. She expressed so many great ideas full of common sense extremism, that they will never ever be considered. Politicians know that there is much domination to be attained via fleecing and absolutely no power to accumulate in "yes" .
24:39 the "sad" deportation story of a naturalized citizen that "extended" the boundries to 30:35.
So much common sense, so little time. Another podcast pointing out the fact that common sense, being in short supply, isn't actually all that common. As always well thot out and delivered. Second generation #SuperCitizen has now become the publics problem.
44:19 anti-Americans, including center-left rinos and most #dimocrats can't wait to embrace this lie or create any other propaganda if it will advance their preferred political agenda. The truth of the "girls school" the enemies of the USA hide behind to advance their fantasy.
3:23 The plan is to become the U.K.
6:30 That's some real dirty dealing right there. Reminds me of how Kamala got installed. It's obvious that there's more difference between Freedom Caucus candidates and establishment rinos than there is between rinos and dimocrats. These rinos cant have their charade of advancing conservatism exposed for the center-leftism it actually is. These rinos will cease at nothing to prevent a conservative candidate from being a foil to contrast against their center-leftism. Listening and it gets worse.
8:45 singham with friendly ties to the CCP is quickly rivaling the soros' top position in funding the extreme hard leftists triangle of terror, just behind US #taxslaves via NGO funding by Congress. neville roy singham is the wife of code pink creationist, jodie evans.
20:28
Another brilliant one to inform the mind!!!
51:15 to 54:30
45:45 to 47:30
According to the Constitution, Congress was intended to be much more powerful than the judiciary. Who knew? And who could've known given todays pathetic state of primary education and societal lack of civic knowledge.
You are correct that this can only be interpreted as the US Republic needlessly surrendering to the neo-communist, slave labor supporting, carpetbagging confederate forces currently occupying the State of Minnesota.
Well thought out and presented as usual. Thanks!
2:15 If you consider it, the dollar is a token asset in a virtual economy. It used to be backed by gold and silver, now "full faith and credit" for what that's worth. But the pols loved dropping backed currency because it gave them the ability for incumbancy to buy their way into office while wrecking society rebuilding it in their degenerate image and weakening the nation simultaneously.
Of course you get pretty much consistently bad endorsements. He's a 1990 style center left democrat and he selects folks with idealogy he is most comfortable with, just like his own. Add Susie Wiles' malevolent maldirection to the mix and you have a disaster for the nation in regard to any sustainable and effective pushback on the total insanity nonsense of the neo-left agenda. You expected something else?
The governor ridding the electorate of the bar associations oversight in legal certifications in the stste is a great start in balancing equality of justice in the corrupted judicial system. Now 49 states to go.
