In today's podcast, we will look at how we see the world AKA our perspective - Most of the time people do not take time to learn about how they see the world because it is how they see it. Once you start to learn how you became you then you can improve your world. ~~~~ here is a part of the podcast. Best to explain as we talk about three broad categories that we form a lot of our perspectives around – Family influence on perspective (Learned or rejected)Influence Social Racial identity or not Racial inclusion or racism Friendly helpful or distant and self-caringImportance of family interactions or notThe value of friendship or not  Gender roles or not ReligionFaith or no faith Religious rituals or not Impact on life choices or not  FoodsExperimental or not Healthy or not HolidaysImportant or not  For kids or both or no one Family time or not Life Experiences TraumaEmotionalPhysical Sexual Verbal  Poverty, middle class or wealthy - Social influencePeer groups Influence perspective again by embracing or rejectingGenerational views pop-culture mass-media stereotypingTik-Tok or not --- So you can see that as we journey through life we embrace or reject perspectives that we have been exposed to – some by choice others by force – but those that we embrace as OUR perspective all have a core from someplace in our journey – Music from https://filmmusic.io "Eternity and Shades of Spring" by Kevin MacLeod (https://incompetech.com) License: CC BY (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)Email comments and questions to:everydaypsychologypodcast@gmail.comit in it and
