Ajit Nawalkha is a bestselling author, speaker, former CEO at Mindvalley, and the Co-Founder & current CEO of Evercoach.   He has a very long list of accolades but I really wanted to interview him because he is hands down the most abundant and successful person I know, not just in business, but ALL areas of life.   Ajit grew up in India living in a house with an extended family of 23 others where space and money were scarce and today he travels all over the world and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting his proud parents when he flew them into Austin, TX.   I’ve worked with him for a few years now on filming multiple video courses, tons of YouTube videos, live events… and of course, podcast interviews.   In this podcast we talk about how to become a better listener and interviewer, how to rethink your limiting beliefs, and how to think about creating authentic content you can build a business around.   And we also talk about how to be a better man, rise to our highest selves, and break down the differences between working with therapists and coaches.. This is definitely one you won’t want to miss.   Timestamps:   (0:28) - Chris Introduces Ajit Nawalkha (3:10) - Interview With Ajit Begins   (3:50) - The Founding Of Evercoach    (5:20) - Becoming A Better Listener    (8:40) - Breaking Through Limiting Beliefs   (15:00) - Teaching Coaches To Make Authentic Content   (23:40) - How Men Become Sloppy Without A Deep Purpose   (28:10) - Coaching & Spirituality   (31:50) - Working With A Coach Vs. Skip Kelly is a serial entrepreneur and storyteller who makes superstars even better on camera.   With deep interests in media coaching, movement, physical therapy, vlogging, and marketing he has found himself deep in the personal development world creating positive content that aims to make the world a better place.   In this episode I ask Skip about asking great interview questions and how to turn your knowledge into effective, profitable content. As the host of The Wondersoul Show With Skip Kelly he shares everything he has learned from interviewing so many amazing guests.   In this next stage of life he has stepped in as CEO of the biggest company he will oversee yet, Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) a world-renowned methodology founded by Marisa Peer.   I ask Skip where all of this positive personal development content is leading and what a more healed world will look like as the kind of work we do spreads to the masses.   Time Stamps:   (0:28) - Chris Introduces Skip Kelly   (2:20) - Interview With Skip Begins    (3:10) - How Skip Started Creating Content   (11:20) - Inspiring The World Through Media   (14:20) - Podcasting Strategies For Growth   (19:20) - Skip Coaches Me On Growing Podcast People   (24:50) - How To Ask Powerful Podcast Questions    (32:00) - Becoming The CEO of RTT & Working With Marisa Peer    (51:10) - The Future Of Online Education    (1:00:50) - What Does A Healed World Look Like?
This week I'm reviewing episode "Darin Olien On The Toxic Products That Are Destroying Your Health (And The Planet)" on The Rich Roll Podcast from May 8th, 2023.  Do you ever stop and think about how many chemicals and what chemicals you are eating, breathing in, and absorbing through your skin? This podcast blew my mind after learning more about PFAS, microplastics, bisphenols, and phthalates. There are really 3 central ideas here: #1 There are some man-made harmful chemicals, some of which are introduced to you before you are even born in the womb, that will stay with you inside your body forever. #2 In our modern society they are completely unavoidable and most of the global population has them in their blood. #3 Instead of products being thoroughly tested to see if they are safe FIRST, we’re living in a world where the products are RELEASED first and THEN if there are too many health issues maybe they’ll be investigated. In this episode I do a real deep dive trying to wrap my head around all of this and my takeaways might surprise you.
What makes a podcast truly great? There are more shows than ever but only a select few really stick out and build a loyal audience. This week I am talking about what I think truly makes a podcast great.  I have produced shows with millions of downloads, and I am still an avid listener myself, and like the content creator and marketer I am, I distilled it all into a short list of 3 key elements. Let's get into it!

After my last podcast where I reviewed the show Field Tripping the craziest thing happened… Field Trip Health really appreciated it, I met up with the host Ronan Levy in real life, and he invited me to go on his show! So this week I am sharing the podcast that we recorded for Field Tripping because it was such a great conversation and one I want to make sure my audience hears as well. It was such an honor to be invited on the show because I am so passionate about the work they are doing, the conversations, they are having, and this show has featured many people I look up to. To support the show subscribe, leave a review, share it with a friend and if you’d like to reach out to me you can always slide in my DMs @chrisvanloanii
