We have a brand new Daily Talk for you guys - "quick n' dirty" style!So.... how can you keep those pesky, conniving Internet Bandits away from your super-secret passwords? Well, the short answer is that we don't know the answer. What we do know is how to serve up our private information to them on a silver platter...
Guess who's back... Back again. Sal is back... Tell a friend! This episode of the podcast marks the 2nd edition of our latest hit show "My Name is Sal". The saga of relentless perseverance and boundless bickering continues.
Our first time in a long time, back at it with the Daily Talks. We're giving you a short episode for this one. And the topic? The Instagram Girls. You may know all about them or you might know nothing about them or you may actually be one of these lovely ladies. Either way, take a listen to get our opinions on the topic.
A six-word sentence: Tucker and his friend killed Dad.That tragedy endured by the Cipriano family left them with some deep scars, especially when it comes to Sal. After the traumatic brain injuries that he suffered during that night, Sal has been fighting the biggest uphill battle of his life. He's had to relearn how to walk and his current challenge - learning how to talk again. That's why we recorded this episode. We love Sal and we can't let him travel alone on his journey to the top of the hill. Listening to this episode, you'll quickly notice it's near impossible to understand what he tries to say.Our goal is to get Sal back in shape. Our hope is that given some dedication and repetition, maybe, just maybe, we'll see Sal retrain his mind and body to reboot those functions he lost back on April 16th, 2012. We recorded this episode a few weeks ago when we were submitting our ballots for elections in Oakland County. We got into a conversation about how we went about choosing who we were voting for, what things made us make the choices we did, and we also touched on some sports - because why the hell not, right? Daily Talks are back!

Dr. Buxbaum is a 2020 Candidate running for the position of Oakland County Water Commissioner. We had a great time sitting down with him and picking his brain on all things water. Dr. Buxbaum graduated from MSU with an engineering degree, has a wife and 3 kids, and he started a small engineering company called REB Research. We encourage anyone to listen to this one because he dropped some insightful knowledge on us about the water we use every day.Learn more about Dr. Buxbaum's Campaign here: https://electbuxbaum.com/Twitter: @robert_buxbaum
Kevin Fischer is the Executive Director at NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Health (NOTE: We misspoke in the intro). Kevin became an advocate following some of the most horrible circumstances were dealt to him and we are simply inspired by who this man is and will become. It seems like almost everyone that we bring on the show and talk with has gotten a degree that has proven to bear little to no weight in their career's success. We wanted to get Tony's perspective as a 2020 college grad and hear about his experiences entering the job market during a pandemic.
We recorded this episode on June 11th, about 2 weeks after the murder of George Floyd. Candidly, all four of us here at Wave Media are white men and we wanted to understand what we could do to make an actual difference in the situation we are in. If you feel the same way or just want to hear what an open, honest conversation between black and white people, this is the episode for you.
Short episode for ya here, folks. Both Ken and Ryan picked an article they found in passing and gave their digital/social marketing perspective on them. And coincidentally, one theme rang true for each piece: Attention is King.
Ladies and Gentlemen, strap in for this episode. We got to have a long, deep and powerful discussion with Chris and Tanner about their biggest tests in life that came from tragedy. We ultimately center this discussion around mental health awareness and more importantly, we talk about how we can find ways to really address and fix the problem. Pull out your box of tissues. Hard-hitting life stories are coming at ya.Please help support the Cipriano Family by visiting: https://www.ciprianochildrenstrust.org/

Have you ever just gotten fed up with going on social media? Your feed is overrun with unproductive, deplorable content by people you don't even know or like so you throw your phone out the window to get away from it. Well folks, we have a solution for you that doesn't involve destroying your own property and it's as simple as doing a little Spring Cleaning.
We sat down for our weekly discussion with Coach Kub to talk about mental health. More specifically, we highlight something that hit closer to home which is the Dominique Fischer Memorial Foundation. The Fischer family is a legacy Detroit Catholic Central family with three CC grads. Nique's father, Kevin, started the foundation after his son sadly chose to take his own life. If you can, we ask that you donate to this foundation at http://www.thenique.com/home.
