I missed a day! The streak is over. Iโm still going to create 31 days of content, but I realize that slip ups happen. Bit the lesson? Donโt start the wrong kind of streak. Get back on the horse.
Businesses have boards of directors, so why donโt you? Consider who would be at your table when making big life decisions and how you do you foster those relationships of your current or future โboard members.โ
We often get hung up on doing more. Itโs always increasing and rarely do we consider doing less. When we know whatโs important and whatโs not, we can ignore everything else. This is the art of focus.
How old is your oldest friend? How old is your youngest friend? I believe we all should spend more time with people significantly older and younger than ourselves. They provide perspective on life and clarity on where weโve been and where weโre going.
A question most of us arenโt willing to ask. But to truly improve, we need those around us who will provide honest, constructive feedback. Learn to love the feedback.
You only need to get 1% better every day, but to do so you need to take a step forward every day. Some steps will be better than others, but commit to taking the step and youโll see the improvement.

No matter how hard we strive for habit and routine, life happens. Snow days happen. That happened to my schedule today, and you know what, itโs ok. Life will always throw you some curveballs. Learn to handle them.
When life moves quickly and days fly by, we miss the lessons learned. In this episode, I encourage you to take time to look back and reflect. Reflection reveals the learnings for tomorrow.
If you want to wake up early, you need to go to bed early. You donโt have to wake up early to be successful. But donโt underestimate the power of having something done by 6 am. โ
