A quick solo run sharing my thoughts on the Pelicans and their 2-1 start to the 2022-2023 NBA Season. Pels have started off with a bang, beating the Nets on their home court on opening night, and following it up with a close win against the Hornets. We battled it out in OT with Jazz and unfortunately took the L, but there's lots to be excited about this year and the Pelicans are easily one of the most fun teams to watch (no bias). Pelicans fall short of a positive week but get a big win against Dallas to go 1-1 as we had predicted last episode. This free agency was being hyped up to be a big one for the Pelicans. And we did kickstart the entire free agency season letting go of Adams & Bledsoe. But really apart from that, the free agency has been quite meh for us. And we aren't too sure how things will get started for us next season. Apart from that, big shoutout to Lonzo we hope you kill it at Chi-City baby. Overall the NBA free agency has been crazy and quite a few superteams have been built and potential championship contenders.. The Pels of which being neither..
