m.a. Arana is a writer, poet, and editor from the Los Angeles area. She has published many poems and short stories, and recently published her debut novel, Winged Clipped. Martin and m.a. first met over a decade ago at a creative writing workshop that Martin was teaching; m.a. was in attendance as an aspiring author, and now, all these years later, she joins Martin on the podcast to chat about her new book, her writing process, and her first public event to launch Wing Clipped.
Martin interviews ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot trained to generate natural language responses to human questions. During the interview, Martin asks questions such as, "Are you an evil computer intent on taking over the world?" and "Who is Martin Lastrapes?" The answers will astound you!
