In this episode I discuss how both the DOW and the NASDAQ have recently reached all time highs. Of course, this momentum can and probably will continue, but nobody knows for sure. I mention that this is probably a good time to review your portfolio. I also answer the question, what is the number one question to ask yourself before selling a stock. I also talk about three other questions that are very helpful when considering to sell a stock.
I recently finished reading this book, and in this episode, I talk about some of the key points of the book and some of the points that I enjoyed reading. I found this book fun and interesting to read, and I would recommend it.

In this episode I discuss how well the stock market performed in 2023. I also mention my top 3 best performing stocks for the year and my top 3 worst performing stocks for the year.
I recently read an article, entitled “Sitting all day increases dementia risk — even if you exercise.” This caught my eye, because while I do like to exercise, I do sick quite a bit throughout the day. The article finds that sitting more than 10 hours a day does increase dementia along with a lot of other possible health issues. Luckily, there is an easy fix and it is simply sit less than 10 hours each day!
I recently read an article entitled “These are the top 10 holdings of the Mormon Church’s $46 billion stock portfolio.” Written by Matthew Fox. In this episode I talk about the top holdings in the fund.
I recently heard Warren Buffet talk about how if you offered someone 10,000 dollars, but they could never use Apple products again. He said, a lot of people would probably not take the money.
Well, we did it! One more Frugal February completed! I found the challenge a little harder this year because of inflation and it definitely appears that the Fed is having a hard time getting inflation to go down.
