noom is a scam. their app is terrible, and it's based on very faulty "research." I did the "get fit" option because I don't have no problem with my weight. but all it wanted me to do is restrict calories. and their recipe and exercise guides are just PDFs. they don't integrate on the app!!! bTW, those two little PDFs will cost you $49.95 🤯

issues like this is why we need to go to already-contaminated areas for lithium mining, instead of ruining new environments. a good example is lithium extraction in oil and gas plants in Canada, where lithium can even be a byproduct of oil extraction (especially when we still rely on oil for so many things). we should be moving towards environmentally-friendly innovations if the ultimate goal is to save the planet!

Liquid Calcium from the drug store works much better than milk. Also if you get it all over your head, ears, eyes, etc. baby shampoo is a godsend for taking a shower. They can say water is the best to help it but from my 2 experiences I totally disagree. Some spray & gas has agents in it to make the effects much, much more worse when water is added to it. So come prepared protesters because the cops are fighting dirty here and it doesn't sound like any politician plans to stop them anytime soon! #BLM
