In life we have a habit of making crutches or addictions that are technically unhealthy practices normalized due to the way we process our daily struggles. If we normalize and prioritize exercise and self care the way we do work and screen time, these vices wouldn’t be necessary

Sometimes your confirmation is a “No” or a “Not Yet” Don’t assume that everything is a sign of a yes just because you want it to be. Timing and preparation is key. Some doors are closed because something bigger is in store for you. You have to know when

Know the signs of your manifestations coming to fruition. Listen for the signs that I’ve been experiencing along the way. Most importantly put that fckng work in !

The goal is to listen to yourself. That voice in your head. Those chills on your arms. When you are on the way out and everything goes wrong. Listen to the time I should have listened to my damn self. Y’all... I knew it !
