In this final part of "why we have a problem when it comes to good leadership" we will look at why there are so many mistakes made despite the mountain of good materials out there on leadership.

In part 4 of the series we will look at the point where the biggest impact can be made – equipping and empowering leaders. There are so many talented people out there who have the potential to be very good and even great leaders. But because they start their journey without the fundamentals or basics, they run the risk of going down the wrong road and never reaching their true potential.

In part 3 of "why we have a problem when it comes to good leadership", we are going to look at the problem caused by management being wrapped, labelled and embraced as leadership. Management and leadership are not the same thing. A huge problem has been caused when management is mistaken for leadership, and then sold that way. Management is one facet within a leader's toolbox, but it cannot be used as "the" tool when it comes to leading others. Leadership is a facet all on its own and requires specific focus.
