Sarah and her husband recently moved to Sacramento to live in a better neighborhood. One day, her husband walked out to his truck to find that his window was broken and all his tools were stolen. Her wish this holiday season was to get some help recovering the tools that he lost. Sheala suffers from Alopecia, which is an auto immune disease that causes her to lose hair. She is also a single mom and is currently going through a custody battle. Brittany is a special education teacher who loves to put together a white elephant gift exchange for her students. In previous years, she has been able to provide the gifts through funding. However, funding is limited this year and she does not have the money to provide gifts to all her students. David has had a rough couple of years. He’s been laid off, suffered injuries, and has no income since he doesn’t qualify for disability. Wendal has been diagnosed with MS, which affects his mobility. The condition has caused him to gain over 50 pounds, and since he lives on disability, he cannot afford the luxury of a gym membership. Brittany needs a much needed getaway with her daughter. She is a single mom, and most of her income goes to rent, bills, and providing for her six-year-old daughter. She doesn't need to fly across the country to have a good time. She just wants to take a weekend trip to San Francisco and explore the city. Teresa's daughter is a really caring and sweet person who stands up for those who are being bullied at school. She is a die hard basketball fan and her life revolves around the sport. Taylor’s gardening hobby does wonders for her mental health. She also uses it as a way to bond with her daughter. After losing her job and home, Kari was able to get back on her feet and save up for a new place. Hailey commutes about 100 miles each day for work and her husband works swing shifts. Their jobs and commutes make it a challenge to be able to cook meals, especially with two toddlers. Amber is currently a Certified Nursing Assistant looking to start her own face painting business. She needs some help in creating a logo for her business, as well as other promotional materials.
