Bring me the head. Sunderland done it again in their backyard, and there was never any doubt about it.
We made it difficult for ourselves to begin with after Luke O'Nien's early mistake, but it was plain sailing from there on in as Chemsdine Talbi and Brian Brobbey secured a comfortable three points to send us back to the Wear with three points firmly sealed. Again.
Dave is joined by Graham, Sophie, Alex and Dave as we go through another top day where Sunderland showed their superiority over the 'region's capital'. It's nice to be back.

Three home defeats on the bounce, and suddenly things feel very stale on Wearside. Safe, but feeling a little bit flat? Yeah, us too.
In a change up from the usual format, Alex, Pete, Ross, Graham, Sophie, and Ian all got together in Three Stories before the game, at half-time, and at full-time to have a little bit of 'day in the life of Sunderland' fan setup. You might like it, who cares. Sunderland lost again, and we discuss it all.

Sum that one up eh? Because we don't really want to. An embarrassment of a result against Port Vale seems Sunderland exit the FA Cup just as it was getting exciting.
Dave is joined by Ross and Ian to go over one of the darkest days in our modern history, so that you don't have to. Sigh, and more sigh.

Two games from Wembley, the FA Cup is becoming a realistic aim for Sunderland as we approach a banana skin away tie with Port Vale in the fifth round.
One of the lowest ranked sides left in the competition, they currently prop up the EFL League One table - but do they feel a giant killing in their bones? Or is the league still the priority as they look to clamber to safety in the final months of the campaign. To let us know, Johnny from the Ale and Vale Podcast joins Alex Bilton for a short and snappy preview show.

A gritty, resolute display ensured the Lads picked up their first away win since October, as RLB's men became only the second side in the last three seasons to win an away game under the light at Elland Road.
It was exceptionally pleasing win too, with Sunderland missing several key performers. Dave, Soph, Ian, and Ross get stuck into all the talking points from a big win in Yorkshire.

An improved performance on the south coast was marred by a horrific refereeing display as Sunderland drew 1-1 against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
Have the lads calmed down, or is red all they see after that Jarrett Gillett display? To go through all the talking points from today's game, Alex is joined by Pete and Brad.

The Lads are in search of their first win in four as they make the long old trek to the south coast to face and in-form Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
With the points total looking okay, Europe had become a real possibility, but recent results have us looking anxiously over our shoulder as we await a much-needed three points. Can we get them this weekend?
To let us know what to expect from the Cherries, we are joined by the excellent Alexander Smith from the Bournemouth Daily Echo to give us the full lowdown.

Sunderland suffered perhaps their toughest defeat of the season as Fulham become the first side to do the double on us at the SOL.

The Lads return to Wearside this weekend as we face a clash with Fulham at the Stadium of Light.
Back-to-back league defeats have knocked us off course slightly, but Marco Silva's side also entered the game on a run of league defeats - so something has to give.
To join us to preview the game, we have the always excellent Jack Collins from the Fulham pod to give us the full lowdown on this weekend's visitors.

Attention turns to the FA Cup again this weekend as the Lads make a quick return to our former EFL Championship counterparts Oxford United just 10 months on from our last visit to the Kassam Stadium.
It hasn't been a good season for the U's, with just six wins and two managers already this season, so are they up for the cup? Or is survival the main aim and the FA Cup is a mere distraction? To let us know, we are delighted to welcome back the excellent Si from The Fence End Podcast.

All good things must come to an end, and our unbeaten home record did just that with a rather drab 1-0 defeat to Liverpool on Wearside.
A difficult Wednesday night at the SOL as we lost our back-to-back games for the first time this season. Ross, Dave and Ian get together to chat through all the talking points.

Just three points separate the Lads and Liverpool heading into our clash at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday, but can we leapfrog them with a win to keep our unbeaten home run going?
A combination of low confidence, apathy, and a whole host of other negative emotions have engulfed Liverpool's season, and they head to Wearside on the back of just one win in their last seven games. So what can we expect? The excellent Henry Jackson from This Is Anfield joins us to let us know.

Another away defeat, but not quite as disappointing as the two that came before it. So how do we assess a 3-0 defeat at league leaders Arsenal that perhaps flattered our hosts?
Ross, Sophie and Ian run through a game that left us feeling oddly...positive? And look forward to Liverpool's visit this Wednesday.

If Burnley was our easiest test of he season, then maybe this weekend's visit to Arsenal is the toughest. But these tests are their to be passed...so why not?
Our first trip to the Emirates since we met in the quarter-final of the Carabao Cup back in the Lee Johnson days, Sunderland will hope to spring a second successive home league defeat on the Gunners, but the odds are stacked against us. Can we do it? To give us the lowdown on the hosts and league leaders is Arsenal fan and returning guest Jamie Kent.

The unbeaten home run rolls on at the SOL, as an OG, Habib Diarra and Chems Talbi help us demolish a shockingly poor Burnley 3-0 on Wearside.
There's very little to complain about, tons to cheer, and plenty to talk about after a comprehensive victory, and a pretty hectic deadline day in some ways. Dave, Graham, Ian, and Ross dig into the nitty gritty, and discuss the cultural impact of Jurassic Park in the 90s.
