Listen to the spheric sounds of men playing football. The pitch is located on the banks of the river Semois. Flanked bij the Côte d'Auclin and the Ramonette, the sounds get carried away.
As we approach a Covid Christmas I'd like to offer you the opportunity to visit a sermon in the Basilica de Santa Maria degli Angeli in the lovely Italian town of Assisi. Grab your headphones and listen to the Voices of Angels!
In this episode of Field Recording, you will take a binaural walk around the pond of Retiro park in Madrid.  It's the afternoon of august 3rd, 2013. The temperature is hitting a solid 35 degrees Celsius. Close your eyes and take that lovely summer walk with me. It's sort of... relaxing. Enjoy
Today I walked the St. Pauli Elbe Tunnel, using the elevator on either side. Opened in 1911, the 426 m (1,398 ft) long tunnel was a technical sensation; 24 m (80 ft) beneath the surface, two 6 m (20 ft) diameter tubes connect central Hamburg with the docks and shipyards on the south side of the river Elbe. This Binaural recording was made with my Soundman OKM II Classic mics and an Olympus LS-11.
On a saturday morning, the 20th of june 2020, I sat down to listen to the sounds of the city center of the German town of Bremen. You probably won't hear it, but in front of me, on the main square, a guy in a minion suit tried to earn some money by letting people take a picture with him. And you won't hear the bubble blower either! Press Play to find out what you do hear and enjoy Bremen for a while!
Do you need your outdoor fix but you can't get out because of the coronavirus? Get your headphones, close your eyes and listen to Field Recording episode 3. In this episode, very joyful birds are taking over the garden. Please subscribe and leave a review if you like the podcast.

I went out to record the sounds of of the Dutch Square in Malakka during the corona lockdown in Malaysia. On the famous square, the crows are taking over from the usual traffic and tourists. The atmosphere around the square is different because of the coronavirus. Listen to the unique sounds of Malakka city. After 14 minutes you'll hear how the local government addresses the public and urges them to stay inside their homes.
